My wife and I enjoyed our two night stand. The highlights were the two swimming pools. The design motif incorporating street art history and original art worked for us. The recent hotel construction and modern conveniences in our room were a plus. While we understand that the hotel aims to please the young and active crowd, I really wonder whether, even they, appreciate the loud, almost raucous music played at the terrace restaurant. I vote to turn it down. One other request - I arrived at the hammam at 9:00AM. It was not working. Staff said it would be up and running within 20 minutes. That did not happen. Facilities advertised should be available at the times offered.

The situation and history of the hotel are wonderful. the interior are messy and of poor quality. A genuine problem of flow between the area and too many restrictions due to security regulations.

« Divine! »

This was my third time staying at the Molitor and I just loved it. I am a swimmer so the combination of inside and outside pools was just divine. The service and food were great. My room was crisp and clean. My husband is an artist so we viewed each booth of the art gallery. I loved the rooftop bar and view. We will be back!

« Great hotel but very poor client services »

Hotel and facilities are great. Client experience was pretty poor though. Few examples: - Ask information for having a yoga class, the reservation team came back to me only a day before we checked in and because I chased them - There was a triathlon around the hotel the day of our check out, we were never told about it when I booked or when we checked in putting us in a very difficult situation when we needed to take a taxi as none of them would come. The concierge never came back to us with a solution and just said "there is nothing we can do, you can walk..." - I forgot a book in the room, called the lost & found the following day which was closed. The reception told me they would call me which they didn't. I called again and they said they would proceed straight away. which they didn't. I called 5 days later and they admitted they forgot to send it. I still havent received it...

Great! Loved the hotel and pool, and wished we could have stayed there longer. Only downside was not being able to do early check-in (and not being able to use the pool before check-in). Would highly recommend!

Great room and great service from Concierge team. But poor check-in and restaurant experience. Did not get my requested early check in although the front desk staff would early check up to 6 people in the 4-hour time my wife and I were waiting. Staff at the rooftop bar did not know how to make a cappuccino. Restaurant manager on shift was rude and not helpful.

I had a reservation for MONTHS and when I landed (after 18 hrs of flight) I was informed the Molitor was kicking me out so someone else could stay in my room. I was PISSED. The only reason I didn't score this a zero was because the staff did work hard to put me up elsewhere.

Very comfortable stay, helpful staff. I was a bit confused after first arriving on how to get to the pool (change in room or at poolside? where are the showers?), but spoke to the staff and they pointed me in the right direction. I still don't know if I could have used the poolside cabins, the brochure mentioned their interior art, not who they were for, though this did not impair my stay.

This was our third or fourth time at the hotel. The staff greeted us by name and the bellhop and reception clerk both remembered us from our stay in September. Our favorite thing about this hotel is that, although it has a 5 star reputation and 5 star service, there is nothing pretentious about it and the staff makes you feel comfortable from the moment you pull up to the curb at the front door. The rooms are very comfortable - (I might comment however, that there are not enough sufficiently sized surfaces to put things down. I suggest that you put two luggage racks in each room. I requested a second luggage rack and it was brought right away.) Lunch at poolside was lovely. Breakfast is very good as well. The location is perfect for us - we have friends nearby and, unfortunately, with the recent problems in Paris, I prefer not to stay in the center of town. We will likely be back at Christmas - looking forward to it.

overall OK. access to facilities and pool complicated, and though we could aces the small balcony in our room. but was disappointed not being able to access the gym at my own convenience. Was told I could get a disclaimer to use it after hours, then , was said no, then maybe only in the morning, while I wanted late in the evening. ended up having an argument with one staff from the fitness center who wasnt "client always right"... besides, all OK, staff at reception, nice, and concierge too. like the hotel and facilities.

I have stay here in February and I had a good experience. But this time things was different! I check-in online at told that we needed the room at noon, since my fiancé was arriving from the USA, When she arrived no room was ready, Even I have check-in online 48 hours before, not even a not saying that they couldn’t accommodate my request. In my Eyes that is not the service a 5 star gives. I don’t know if you have change management in the bar and restaurant, but the service was almost not existing every thing seems to be very unorganized and chaotic. Servings toke very long time, you could wait for more than 45 minutes to get served – And the staff spend more time discussing with each other, then giving good service.
