« Beautiful hotel in a great location meade for a perfect holiday in Barcelona »

The hotel was welcoming and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The entrance and bar/restaurant areas were very tastefully decorated and clean. The bedroom was comfortable with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea. It was also very quiet and peaceful at night. The downstairs pool area has plenty of comfortable beds and seating and the drinks and food served were excellent. The location was perfect and so close to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. The only 2 low points were the gym - which was very, very small and the toilet facilities in the bar which were quite a long walk down the stairs and you almost felt like you must be going the wrong way! Very small issues though, these points would not stop me going back.

Lovely hotel, great room, great pools, nice staff and generally a good attention to detail. Can't give 10 out of 10 because that would mean perfection. The shower door was needing attention, didn't slide very easily and left a pool of water by the toilet. Didn't bother us though. Just one other thing, being an Accor member and had a previous long stay in a Pullman I was surprised with the amount we paid for room for 3 nights didnt include breakfast. Nobody even asked if we would like it, I thought they could have offered it for a reasonable price for us

Can’t fault the room or staff or breakfast at all - plenty of choice and anything you needed would be provided for. The location is also excellent - near two main bus routes and L4 metro stop, plus aquarium and zoo and beach within 5-10 minute walk or less. My one niggle was the pool. I found it hard to get in and out of it due to there only being a metal ladder which had the lowest step quite high off the floor and it felt unsteady. Steps with a rail is much easier to use especially for those of us with weak knees. Also the pool beds were, at times, spread with towels and nobody using them which was a nuisance and selfish of the visitors who would place their towel and leave for hours - which meant many had no where to lie down. Perhaps there should be a notice saying not to leave towels for more than 1 hour or they will be removed?

Hotel is spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Only criticism was the sausages and bacon were not very nice at all but there were lots of other things to choose from so it wasn’t a problem.

A warmth, helpful and proficient staff of Pullman Skipper made our stay an unexpectedly wonderful. A BIG thank to Tiago who provided such an outstanding service to us. We really appreciated all his efforts to meet our needs during our short stay at Pullman. Tiago has a genuine attitude towards people. He is pleasant, smiley, cheerful and courteous. All the good qualities in a customer service staff can be find in Tiago. He always greeted us whenever he saw us in the lobby. He provided useful information to us. He assisted us with an early check-in upon arrival as my husband is a platinum member. All we needed was to be served by a professional staff after a 13 hours long flight and we were lucky to meet Tiago on our arrival at the hotel. A day when we wanted to take a taxi to go out for sightseeing, it was raining heavily and Tiago was so nice to escort us to the taxi with an umbrella and also lent us one for use. What a nice gesture. The hotel itself is modern and the lobby restaurant Tendiez is very good. All the staffs in Pullman are friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay in Pullman Skipper hotel when we visit Barcelona again.

The staff from the moment we walked in the door were friendly, warm, very helpful. Our accommodations were very well maintained and appointed, very clean. We loved the food in the restaurant. We ate in the restaurant, actually out on the terrace, several times during our 3 day stay. When we were leaving for the cruise ship the staff acquired a taxi for us that could accommodate 3 people and all our luggage and explained to the driver were we wanted to go. None of our party speaks much Spanish and this was never a problem for us while staying with you. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

« A perfect hotel where to stay when visiting Barcelona »

From the beginning, all looked wonderful: the ambiance, the staff at the front desk,...the room was elegant, large and quiet. Amenities in the bathroom were of good quality. We had a perfect bed, so that we had a good rest after the trip. In the evening, we spent some time at the bar, where we felt welcome and had a very good service. The only imperfect aspect regarded the bad surprise that on the initial invoice we were charged with 15 eur for the minibar, but we never touched the minibar in the room. This does not fit to the quality of the hotel. The mistake was solved at the check out, but I am asking myself why did it happened.

We had a balcony room and it was really enjoyable sitting outdoors enjoying a drink and the breeze. The bed and pillows were excellent. We were presented with the GDPR form during check in and told that it was mandatory to sign on it. However, the document was only in Spanish, which we couldn’t understand, and as such we were reluctant to sign on the document. Given that visitors from all over the world visit Barcelona, and Pullman being an international chain, we would have expected that this document was made available in at least a few major languages.
