Self service is new culture in hotel industry but since its a hospitality then Self service should be only restricted to Food in Buffet shifting luggage from room to taxi and taxi to room should be provided when you have Infant with you.

I was on a business visit to Nashik and had pleasant stay at IBIS. Typically when a person is on a business tour, he does not expect more from the room. He expects best quality of food. Unfortunately IBIS did not satisfy my expectations as far as buffet menu or a la carte menu offered by its restaurant. Need to improve in food quality as well as number of items offered.

I picked up your hotel for my 4 nights stay at Nashik and I must say the experience was really good. Peaceful environment, courteous staff, and the breakfast menu was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. Though the room was a touch little small, but overall it didn't matter much.

We had a very good experience at IBIS. The staff was very nice and cooperative. Chef Darshan did a wonderful job. Special Thanks to him! I was in need of baby food for my 2 year old toddler. I had given all the ingredients to Chef Darshan and he made it perfectly as required. Overall the staff was very good and cooperative.

Very welcoming smile from the lady at the entrance & security, very professional check-in by Siddant & Hey, Rooms were very aesthetically designed, no wasteful spending, economically luxurious, one of the best beds I have slept on, very professional & smiling service from everyone in the restaurant except for Pallavi who was very nicely rude. Chef Darshan & your Executive Chef were very helpful.to at least hear out our suggestions, very good breakfast menu for vegetarians, could do well to offer chicken sausages. Eggs already available. Very good pleasing security personnel at the gates. Proper parking place was a plus point. Housekeeping was extremely responsive & pleasing people, very hygienic & clean rooms. Maintenance personnel attended promptly & speedily addressed our request when the curtain came off a bit from the velcro fastening. Air-conditioning in the restaurant could be a little mire efficient or a few pedastal fans for those guests who desired more cooling can be made available.

« It was a somewhat inconvenient & exasperating from start to finish. »

chronologically: 1. No room service 2. No Bengali channels available in cable TV (some other regional channels are available) 3. Ala Carte Dinner ordered & parcel collected from Restaurant area on ground floor did NOT contain the type of dish ordered as per room menu & confirmed availability by Ms.Pallavi over intercom. 4. During complimentary breakfast, the Egg Omelette served had excessive salt in it & the Plain Dosa delivered was slightly burnt-out and that was probably why it tasted bitter & so much inedible. 5. In the washroom the toilet spray was on the left-side after sitting on the toilet seat -- which should have been on the right-side, as per proper usual design. Despite above & room service being not available, I am very very grateful for the repeated helps & cooperation of Dhruti (attending the Reception among others, probably that was her name but I dont know her full name). Also very much indebted and thanks to Ms. Pushpa of Restaurant service for providing me with my requisite requirement (during my parcel collection) --- "as a special case" as mentioned by her then.
