Diligent service.Ibis team organized upon request a gluten free breakfast and kept it aside for us.Very convenient location very close to center without having the burden of staying within city center in terms of traffic during rush hours or finding a parking spot.

« Pleasantly surprised »

We stopped staying in Accor properties a few years ago because your brands are so inconsistent. By this I mean that sometimes one Mercure, Novotel or Ibis might be great but elsewhere it would be a huge disaster. You never knew what to expect so we stopped the brand. Then when Ibis Styles was created we tried it again and very much liked it. Needing a place to stay in Sens last week we decided to try the new Ibis. It was truly great..very clean, well designed, great staff. The next night we stayed at an Ibis in Beaune and it was horrible.

This was very good but the sheets in the crib were not clean and we had to ask the receptionist to bring us clean sheets.

We therefore applied our rules and charged the price of the two reserved rooms, not three. We advise you to see this point with your bank.
