Excellent value. Super affordable rate with great accommodations. It was all clean, comfortable. Just what I needed for a quick stay in the city. And the location was great, beautiful surroundings, lots of places to eat and walk.

« My stay was perfect »

I love the location, my room, the lobby and all staff personnel. The location was quite lively and beautiful, next to businesses and apartments, a park and a museum to round off the full Medellin experience. The staff at the front desk were quite helpful whenever I had any questions or needs. The cleaning staff was amazing. I never imagined that they would still clean my room after I left late in the evenings. Great Job! I do have two complaints however. No one responded to my email about having a taxi wait for me at the airport, which left me quite uncomfortable being that this was my first time in Medellin. I think you should have a taxi service from/to the airport. Second complaint is that breakfast is quite expensive at 27000 COP per person. I had breakfast at the many food places nearby for 1/4 of that price.

The hotel staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel was also very clean. However, the rooms are really small and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. We checked out early and moved to Novotel.

The service was excellent, the room was impeccable and the restaurant was very good. It was a short and very hassle free stay, as the check in and check out were very effective. Having the elevators work with your room key card was very good, as it made me feel safe.

Pillows were extremely big. I felt lying on my back that I was actually seating. They are way too high and my back and neck started hurting. Other than that it was good. I would definitely stay with you again but hopefully you change the pillows.
