Luggage storage expensive. Breakfast: poor choice. small bowls for fruit salad, always empty, breakfast buffet on the weak side. Room: Sweaty sheets just covered up with all the dampness. Had to aerate them myself. Elevator out of service with no information on possible assistance with luggage.

It was comfortable. On arrival we where told that no breakfast had been paid for and as it was booked in advance I couldn’t remember so just presumed that we didn’t. We the got food for the morning as we where travelling back to the uk. When I checked later on I noticed that we actually did! When I told the guy on the desk in the morning he didn’t seem bothered and just gave us a card to get the food! Enjoying as we got stuff from the shop for nothing.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and were very satisfied with the room and the breakfast. Our shower did not work well since the drain seemed to be blocked. When we notified reception of this, the problem was quickly solved.

This was a well located neat hotel with clean modern facilities and helpful staff. Everything worked fine and the rooms, though not large, were well designed and functional. Great tv and WiFi. Perfect location near opera garnier and Lafayette shopping area. We would stay again.

« Clean, neat and almost all I need »

I love Accor Hotels, I know I won’t go wrong when I choose one of them. However I think there is necessary adding a iron, iron board and more towels in the rooms. Also a coffee maker, would be nice each room to have a coffee maker. Overall it was great experience. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff, and clean hotel.

« Elevator was not working and had to go up 5 floors. »

Saturday morning the elevator stopped working, and there is only one elevator. Had to travel with my mom (who is a senior) FIVE floors up. when check out arrived - we could not go down with the suitcases. At the reception was only ONE clerk that could not help us. I think it is crazy that it took so long to fix the elevator and that there is not enough staff to help the guest with the luggage. Women's toilet in the hotel (downstairs) is Outrageous.

Easy to book and check in. The hotel is in an excellent position close to the Grands Boulevards and L'Opéra and we had a good sized family room for the 3 of us. The room and bathroom were clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming and appreciated us speaking some French. The breakfast room was light and airy and the food was really good.

« Tiring »

Stairs with two toddlers and a broken lift was horrible. Breakfast was very small with strange items on it like wedges of cheese and no slices! The children ate only cereal and we had to pay extra for them to eat that! The old lady was very abrupt and hostile though it could be due to her absconded of a second language. Some of the reception staff were aloof and quite rude. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The room was very small - you could not open the bathroom door and outer door at the same time which made getting out awkward. We were not told that the lift was not working which was irritating. Staff on reception were not particularly interested in the guests. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast selection was good.
