The room was comfortable and clean but did not have a shaver point and although the reception staff searched a suitable adapter could not be found. I found the staff really friendly helpful and efficient overall an enjoyable stay

Very basic but clean, shower tray not deep enough, fearful that the water would overflow into the bathroom and bedroom. Toilet too close to wall for larger people. Wall lighting in room not bright enough to see. Stayed in IBIS hotels in many places over the years, but now have had enough of the very basic. Not such good value for money in many places now, other hotels taking offering more for the same price.

We were allowed to check in early. The staff were extremely helpful. Parking was easy. The room was fine and we had all we needed for a short stay.

« Excellent value for money for a one night stay »

As with previous visits here, it meets our needs entirely for a stay to or from Roscoff, where we tend to take the boat to the UK. Rooms are relatively generously sized for an Ibis (by comparison with some UK versions) and beds are comfortable. Parking is excellent, access very simple, and staff very friendly.

« Ideally Located on the main route but quiet. Nice valley to visit to the south »

Good hotel. Very nice rooms. Conveniently off the main road to be quite enough. Excellent service. If you like cycling or walking there is a loveley valley route that starta about 3k to the south of the village. Food wise, breakfast good, but the evening menu is simple and limited. There is a relatively good private restaurant next door. quality good, but not large portions for the price.

« Disappointing »

We were disappointed it was not possible to have an evening meal when we arrived following a long days driving. It was not clear on the Website that this was the case. What really frustrated us however was that we were informed there was a party of 45 having breakfast between 7am & 8am so we could not have breakfast at that time. We had an appointment fixed which meant we needed to eat at 7h30 to reach our Meeting so starting breakfast after 8am was not possible - and in fact when we left at 8.15 they were still in there anyway! So we had to wake up much earlier than planned to eat before 7am then hang around. Not what we expected from an Ibis.

Well located hotel, we could walk into the town. Friendly staff, very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are basic but perfectly designed for a comfortable stay. Beds comfortable, room to put your stuff, good mirror, bathroom great, breakfast and bar both nice.

« Stopover »

My wife and I used the Guingamp Ibis as a stopover before our ferry home. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room is small, but functional and the bed comfortable. No tea/coffee facilities which would have made the stay better. Shame the restaurant next door was closed for annual holidays, but had a snack in the bar of the hotel which was adequate, and saved driving to a restaurant.
