We were delighted that this hotel was immediately around the corner from the train station and the cites we wanted to see were within walking distance. Coming for several years, the hotel is not aging at all. The rooms are still in perfect condition. Victor's bar is a bit disappointing though. The menu is really limited (answer from staff was that it is the summer so less customers...but does that lead to a very short menu????)

Everything was great. I loved that the hotel was located directly on the metro line. We stayed via Tomorrowland's Global Journey Package. The breakfast was wonderful, large variety of juices, HONEYCOMB, smoked salmon, and espresso machines. The only downer was the toilet paper (on the first two floors) is rough, which I thought an odd thing for a hotel of this quality to have.

I booked the hotels for 3 nights on 2 separate bookings. The first night was great. We got room upgrade and it was a much bigger room. The second time we checked in I wasn’t so impressed. The checkin person did not give me my welcome drink voucher at first and we were not given a room with bathtub even though I have this as my preference in my member profile. I noticed on the way to my room that many of the rooms are still being cleaned. I would appreciate it better if the staff at least asked me to wait until one of the rooms with bathtubs are finished cleaning. I felt they did not care too much my experience with the hotel.
