If you are going to use the trains for multiple trips while in Belgium or just want a centrally located hotel then the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi is for you. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and it has a nice lounge to relax and have an adult beverage.

The hotel is located at the Brussels Midi (central train station) so it is ideal if you have to visit multiple locations within Belgium on multiple days. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant and the staff are all very nice.

Quirky room with a great corner couch. Great shower. The restaurant evening meal deal would have been reasonable value, but the partridge (in the meal deal there is no choice) was not cooked enough making it really hard to eat, but the starter was great. Breakfast was very good.

« Enjoyed the accodoation, but your splitting the bill into two seperate amounts has caused huge paperwork »

You are a business hotel and must know that people staying on business must account for every cent spent. Why did you split my bill in two in a way that does not match the amount spent. Yes the total is correct, but you cannot simply provide one invoice and bill my card twice for two amounts that cannot be accounted for (in each separate bill) against specific costs. Splitting my bill like this has caused my a ridiculous amount of time trying to explain into the expenses system.

« Clean, quiet, convenient. »

Being inside the train station it doesn't get any more convenient. Once inside the hotel it's like you've stepped into another world from the station. It's a modern sharp looking lobby and hotel. The room was super quiet as well.

« Lovely hotel and great location »

We loved the hotel and our rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable and the staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Only reason I've not given 10 stars, is because it was disappointing we had one room allocated that was smaller then the other and a bit cramped (presumably because of single occupancy). But as we'd paid full price for the single occupancy, I'd have expected two rooms of the same standard and size.

« Three days of fun in the middle of brussels »

This vacation was my anniversary weekend which I chose to celebrate with some of our best friends from all over the world. In total, we ordered 7 rooms, and the hotel team was extremely friendly and made a lot to make us happy. We could be all in the same floor and the rooms were next to each other. Any special request from the room service is fulfilled in minutes, and the hotel itself is modern and pleasant to stay in. The location is one of the best in Brussels. Located right above the main train station with a food court opens every day. I would love to come back again next year. highly recommended!

room is nice and everything quiet okay but why there is no Nespresso coffee machine as in pictures, only normal coffee machine with no coffee in it, only tea and creamer... I wasnot complaint or bother to receptions since the weekend busy with lademence party... very busy. second, my card doesn't work 2 times on the lift so i have to comeback to the reception 2 times and have to show my id, luckily i brought passport. It happened the next day...

« Disappointing »

I have chosen this hotel in the past for its location close to the train station and for being able to get a decent meal in the hotel restaurant without the need to go out. On this occasion, the restaurant as only serving the bar food. When asked why, the answers varied from "the chef hasn't turned up", to "it's ;ike this at the moment". My wife and I therefore ate in the bar area - very limited choice indeed and I had to send my burger back as it was cold. Too service offered a larger choice, but I was informed that I could not eat from the room service menu in the bar (or the restaurant ! What is happening to this hotel ?
