Good enough, although have encountered some minor incidents such as blood stain towel, loundry went to other room as well as front office lady that is not very helpful in addressing shuttle service issue. Might add more smiling faces to make guests feel welcome

ibis (RED) is nice and comfort place to stay. If you want more, then you should stay in ibis style (Blue), and if you only stay for a short period that need only sleep, ibis Budget (Green) is the right place for you. Since both of them not available in Balikpapan (ibis Styles and ibis Budget), perfect place yo level up your deman from this hotel is to stay in Novotel. I always stay in here since my office nearby and City Garden (Taman Bekapai) nearby. You can have many choices of food and drink at daylight or night, even after midnight..

« Both my wife and I agree that the Ibis Hotel is now our choice, when staying at Balikpapan, due to good, friendly Staff, good, clean facilities and good location. »

We felt comfortable and well looked after for our whole stay, The Ibis was so clean, the Staff were efficient, friendly and reliable, the Breakfast was Delicious and fresh.
