It was going normally for normal guest, but for me, member of accorplus, it was a poor experience. nothing special even no welcome drink (except a syrup jar in front office), so i don't think more about a greeting card, fruits, or any small detail usually offer to member of accorplus. and the end of my stay i can't enjoy my breakfast because they said in my itinerary, even though i remember to book with breakfast at the time - but maybe i'm wrong, it's okay because at the moment i can't access accorplus web or app. but overall it's no so nice experience

I stay for 7 nights, and have a problem with my laundry that was just settled on last 2 days of my stay. All of my laundry (clothes) was being hold, not returned to me just because of a dispute in laundry charge and room rate. As my company has an agreement with Ibis on room rate (usually we use Guarantee Letter) which already included 5 pcs laundry (free, or included), but the message wasn't delivered to the front office or not input into the their system, and they failed to make a internal communication between marketing dept and reception. Problem was settled because our company contact directly to the Ibis Marketing team. The worst treatment is they hold my laundry for several days just for the reason they afraid we won't pay the laundry bill. Second bad experience is, when we want to extend our stay (3 rooms in total), the front office (reception) have no idea wether there is any avaible rooms for us and told us to wait for the Marketing team to come to the office (working hour start at 9.00). But after waiting until 09.15, there is no information and when we ask reception to make a call to the Marketing, they refuse to do so. So, we cancell to extend our stay and move to Aston Group instead. Seems like Accor Group don't need to maintain Accor members to stay in their hotels. Very disappointing.

We find the Ibis Hotel is our reliable friend, always clean, everything works, great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is very handy and central, with the extra attraction of the food market in the Garden Park, less than 100 Meters away. And last but not least is the permission to use the Novatel Swimming Pool and towel facilities I like to swim, and the pool is long enough to get some decent laps in.
