Overall is good. Butvmy children cannot swimming because the pool is under cleaning procedures (although my trip is on Weekend). But so far so nice

Everything was good. Things might need to improve: - Floor cleanliness. I found my feet was black after I walked through the room. - Shower in the room flowed too small. - Food variations.

The room is ok and big enough , I stayed here 2 times in 1 month , the first time my room window was leaking when it rained , and shower head kept going down , asian breakfast was good but western breakfast not much choice , hotel personel very kind

I don’t think that i was lucky when I stayed in ibis hotel, i got the room which I couldn’t control the temperature of the room, already turned it off but still freezing... hot water was ok... internet was alright, food was ok, room not really sound proof. Price? Personally... I think quite pricey.

the bathroom was terrible, with your ex customer hairs stick in around.. the bed?? honestly...just same...with hair-fall in some parts of bed-cover... those TV....hahaha....with ants and not clear as crystals... but the rest is okay...

Excellent service and delicious food. Front office staff really helpful and informative, friendly and smiling. The room is clean and tidy. Laundry staff do their best service.
