Overall i'm happy 3 night in ibiss style jogja, but the swimming pool is open at 7 am, so i can't swim before start the day, because i must go to the seminat at 8 am, i think will be better if the swimming pool can open at 6 am, so the guest can swim before they had activities at the morning

The experience is good except that I will like to comment on the bathroom. As there is no room between the shower, water splash out easily. Also the rain shower head is totally black which I do not feel comfortable

The FB OUTLET 1. When we try to have dinner on the rooftop, there's no server come to us, then suddenly someone from across the table talk to the server and the server (a trainee) come to us.. ask to change table in the corner between bar an pool without a view. It should be signage that inform if the area closed for public or if not please tell who have an event there.. that the area still open for public. 2. Finally we decide to leave and checkout D'Beers that have a Seafood BBQ (we saw the promo inside the elevator).. but there's no one there. And again we leave that place.. and taking a Gocar to eat somewhere out of the hotel. For the ROOM.. actually it's nice.. just the same exactly when my first visit (several times I stay here but under the company name)..but the bed need to renew.. coz it's not meet the comfy standar for a good sleep nowadays..it's too bubbling (Go check the other Ibis Style - within a months a go I just stay several days in Ibis Style Bogor as well.. or other Accor standard bed). The iPod speaker also better be renew with the update speaker or moved out from the table especially its not use anymore.. coz no one bring an iPod today. The BATHROOM The Headshower need to be cleaned coz the water are not properly running the FB OUTLET when breakfast The food is so so.. you guys are waaay behind with a small hotels around you. I have to wait quite long for a juice glass. the laddle and serving spoon are dirty (the waiter are not check this out when passing by the Bainmarie). As a fellow hotèlier.. I must tell you guys.. u need a lots of improvement. Cheers, FRICO

« Poor Experience at Ibis Styles Yogyakarta »

It was a bad experience. Upon arrival (check in was 2pm local time) yet we were made to wait till past 3pm before we could get our room. The unwelcome part was to get worse. When we were given the room, we went in and I nearly suffocated and had to leave the main door open to let the air flow from the corridor into the room. Excessive air freshner was used by the room cleaners. When we check the towels, they smell and the room seems to be prepared for us in a hurry. All the staff did was apologise but recovery was made. When we had a shower, the water wet the floor of the toilet and cause it to be very slippery. I was not happy and ask for a change of my room but the hotel was full and the only change I got was the towels. This hotel is below Ibis Styles standard. When I wanted to use the welcome drink for coffee, I was told "coffee only" and when I ask for milk in my coffee, was told no milk can be added. SO I opted for juice. What an unwelcome drink that was. Horray, Ibis STyles Yogyakarta. You have just lost us and maybe future business from SIngapore.

It was good, but the design of the bathroom, for the floor it is not quite satisfaction. When people use the shower the barrier on the floor is not high enough, makes the water goes anywhere, so it always makes the floor mat wet.

« Staff were excellent, facilities were a let down »

The check-in and check-out process was excellent, i also received a room upgrade which was great, biggest issue -there were no electrical points next to the bed, so if i wanted to recharge a phone and also have it alarm, it would need to be plugged in on the other side of my room which is inconvenient, previously most accor group hotels have a point next to the bed. The room, and especially the bathroom were impressive and i have no complaints. I am sorry that I did not stay longer. I also understand that there were renovations occuring at the time of my stay. Lastly, i noticed the room i had, had a great outdoor balcony but was unable to access it. Overall, a great experience albeit with a few small issues. I will say that the staff were impeccable, i highly commend them.

Not a pleasant experience with IBIS Styles Yogyakarta.. Our room had a slippery toilet where the water flow from the shower area to the toilet and we nearly slip. The towels smells and the deodorant sprayed in the room hurts my nostril.

Nice clean swimming pool, range of drinks at sky bar, and the hotel is within a walking distance from Malioboro. The food quality and variation for breakfast is much better than the average budget hotel. There are some noises due to the hotel is repairing its facilities (it happens early in the morning once). The bed quality is good but the pilow is way too soft for me and I end up using the bolster as my pillow. Internet connection is good, no problem with the connection at all. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The traditional massage that I and my friend tried at the hotel was very good. Overall, it is a good experience of staying at Ibis Style Hotel Yogyakarta and we will come again for sure during our next holiday when we visit Yogyakarta.

A good place to stay, I was there only for a short visit. Good location, close to the shopping center and many tourism place in the town. Staff are welcoming, helpful and so friendly. Good swimmingpool in the roft top and sky bar with live music in the night. A very good value for the price. Happy holiday in Ibis Styles Yogyakarta, that was very fun!! Thanks

« Nice clean hotel not far from Malioboro with swimming pool. »

It was great. Enjoyable. Room is perfect. Small but nice swimming pool and rooftop cafe. Breakfast is okay. The only problem was water in the bathroom that did not went fast after we took a shower. Hope it will be improved in the future.

I worked in Hospitality environment for about 20 years..many hotels that I stayed and worked either 3 stars or 5 stars, they were really organise specially with the guests who booked already...but at this time really suprised me and Unorginize, I booked with one of travel agent for about 2 weeks before stayed in your hotel..I booked for extra bed but not even prepared at the time and the veranda really dirty..seems like no body clean it..dust every where..definitely I was suprised but I tried to be calm because my family beside me... Please I hope as a Hotel Manager see small details for your crew members do their job properly.
