Smiling and friendly people eager to help. If you have little language problem just use WeChat and it will be resolved instantly. Aaron is the greatest asset of this hotel in from office - efficient - well in spoken English, friendly - always helpful with a smiling face. As soon as you enter the room you will feel Wendy's welcoming arrangement (Only if you are a frequent traveler) - wonderful and helpful. If you want room service call Louis to take your order - speaks English as well as York. If you are eating at Urban Restaurant of the hotel - for communication always ask for Stella. Another name at Restaurant to mention is Howard.

Generally speaking, the experience of staying with Pullman Hotel is satisfactory; however, I noticed something which can be a gap for further improvement: - There are no waste bags in the room. I could say, if there are sufficient waste bag inside the trash can/room for immediate reach, the experience could be better. Having bags inside the trash can better off the hotel and residents as residents can discard rubbish to the waste centre and cleaning staff can collect trash efficiently (especially when processing wet trashes).
