The bed was comfy. Valet arrangements did not happen on time when picking up my car. I ended up waiting 30 mins for someone to bring my car from valet park. Parking is expensive and a hassle for many guests, not just myself. If you have in house guest you should have free parking!

Regrettably as an airport property the parking facility is not managed by the hotel (It is managed by the airport) which means we do have to place a charge on this service however, which is at a discounted rate. My apologies that it took 30 minutes after your pre-arranged time for your vehicle to be delivered to the front doors. « Check in and out was easy and simple however getting hold of reception, restaurant or room service took more than one go - and was a long wait for room service 45 mins initially. »

Pleasant enough and convenient, just not so convenient when it came to getting food. Restaurant and room service were exceptionally busy which meant a long wait time to get served and for room service to be delivered. Disappointing when its known that occupancy is high, meaning demand for other services is likely to be high. Having said that, staff at check in and check out were very helpful.

What I can see from having a look at your billing from your stay was that you were accidentally overcharged with another guests meals by accident. I am pleased to say that this overcharge has been refunded today back to the credit card that was charged. This process will take 3-5 Business days (If a New Zealand Bank Account) or up to 7-10 Business days (if an overseas bank account). This time frame is not set by the hotel and is in fact part of the policies and procedures with your bank. My visitors were very impressed with the quality and friendly service from staff. Especially the amazing smile and warm welcoming service from Kiri at Restaurant. Very impressed with the room and comfort of the beds. They were impressed with the lighted headboard, noticing the picture graphic waves as if taken from high above, and the other part completed on another part of the room. The highlight being the overall impeccable quality of service and the hotel itself.
