Our first room was all good except the mattress was terrible. Changed rooms and bed much better, but lost our views. I was there for a conference and the wifi was very slow and unstable, simply not good now days. There was nowhere comfortable to go and sit for a quiet drink or do some work with a colleague. It overall downstairs felt very closed in trying to maximise use, but it didn't feel welcoming or comfortable. However I appreciate you're focused on the traveller and I was there for three night for a conference.

Checked in at 19:15, requested to be seated for dinner at 19:30, only to be advised the next available table was at 20:30. Seated at 20:30, ordered, only to be told at 21:35 that what we had ordered was unavailable. Finally served dinner at 22:00, with a 05:00 start the next morning! Cooked breakfast in the morning was cold and fairly lacklustre. Room, check-in etc. pleasant as usual.

Such close proximity to airport removes issue with late night arrivals and early morning departures. HOWEVER, I believe your policy of charging for WiFi for in-house guests is out of touch with current international practice. I was extremely surprised and disgruntled to be “invited” to pay for this most basic of services available almost world-wide free, eg in the last year - India, Morocco, Spain and Europe. Clean rooms comfortable bed. We had a major issue last time and were offered a 50% discount for our next stay. When we booked we asked that this be applied. At checkin there was no mention of this but the comment was made, we’ve taken note of the issue from your last stay and have upgraded your room and you will receive a complementary breakfast an D late checkout. unfortunately our flight next morning was too early to take breakfast or take advantage of the late checkout. When asked if the charge could be made to my credit card, I asked what the amount was and it was the full cost. I mentioned the 50% discount, and “oh yes! I missed that note. We think we were being offered the upgrade in lieu of the intended discount.
