« A relaxing and beautiful interlude which I would be privileged to experience again. »

The staff throughout were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. My room was most comfortable and inviting. Only negative, personally, was “Movie Night”. Being in room 417 I found it noisy and disturbing. Overall a wonderful and happy experience.

For the positive feedbacks, the staff is wonderful and welcome. The main swimming pool has a very nice view. The breakfadt is wonderful. For the negative feedback, we had a room in the building 1 close by the air conditionning or machine building which runs all the night... a lot of noise disturbing us during the nights because never stop... We encountered a bad smell of humidity in the room all the time and my wife had some nose problem due to air conditionning in the room. When she entered in the room, all the time had some problems. To finish our journey, we wanted to book a table at the Vero restaurant, highly recommended. But cannot due to meeting group venue which has booked all the restaurant! without prior notice. We had to come to Elements restaurant instead and we wanted to eat pizza/pasta. No alternate solution has been proposed to us excepted a 'sorry'. For a five stars hotel with highly price and as a gold member, I was expecting much more. Best regards, Aurelien A.

I must say that I am personally very happy to work with such an amazing team and your nice words have been shared with them. The Culinary team was very pleased to read that you have enjoyed the breakfast buffet offer. Our Goal is to create a resort "Guests Love" and reading further your review it would appear we have let you down in some areas and for this we truly apologize. As humans we sometimes make mistakes but it is what you do about it that shows your character. We would have definitely been able to find a solution for you and your wife to feel more comfortable if you would have shared your concerns with us during your stay. The room you have received was allocated based on your request to be close to the main facilities of the hotel, and the team put your request as a priority. As for the Vero restaurant being closed we did place a letter in all our guests rooms and on the TV informing about the private event few days in advance for our guests ease to book our Elements restaurant; might have been that you had a Do Not Disturb button on the day when the letter has been placed hence the team did not enter the room. Thank you for sharing the experience in Elements and please accept my apologies for our response. For sure we could have done more for you to be able to enjoy the Italian food cooked in Vero and I shall be using your example in our future trainings so that the team can react according to our guests expectations. We truly hope that you will return as the team wants a second chance to replace your current memory with something more positive. To me, Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach is one of the best hotels in Phuket. Peaceful yet close enough to go to the city for an evening of fun. The beach is close. The restaurant offers a large selection of all high quality and tasty meals. And as mentioned, the service is what really sets this hotel apart from the rest. I should thank all staff, but Look-Moo and Tony at the reception and Aom at the restaurant really went beyond their duty to make us feel at home and special. @Bret, I still miss that fan you promised you will install at the reception... Please, Mate, it super hot there and the staff suffers under those conditions. As a guest, I do not mind the 15 min heat, but working there for a full sift that torture and they agree with me.

Another perfect 8 days for our second holiday at pullman. All the staff are so friendly and approachable and the new pool tiles are great. And the meals were fantastic can't wait to get back there soon. Thank you to all staff for making it happen

The manager Roxana and her team of incredible staff made our stay outstanding. Our 5 month old baby became very sick and they organised transport to and from the hospital, had our room thoroughly cleaned, clothes washing taken care of and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. We sadly had to cut our trip short due to our babies sickness and would love to return in the future. The Luxury Escapes package deal was fantastic - please offer it again.

The room was really rundown. The sliding door for the bathroom doesn't even close properly or straight. The shower head in the tub was broken with leaking. The room had a significant mildewy smell to it. I've stayed at Pullmans all over the work and I must say this is the most rundown one I've seen
