Lost my phone first day and very helpful staff at the desk.great room Close to everything.i would definitely recommend Mercure hotel for a stay in Cain's.breakfast was full on fantastic.thankyou to the cleaning staff that made sure my room had everything I needed.

A poor experience the room had mould in it ,it was a musty room that was unpleasant to stay in …probably the worst Accor experience in 20 years of travelling…will not go back there

It stank of mold and mildew its facilities were sub standard for a 4 star hotel ( supposedly )

On arrival we opened curtains to our balcony clearly had never been cleaned in weeks. Furniture dirty, leaf litter everywhere. Shower wad mouldy. Towels had holes in them.

Balconys are cleaned every week. But unfortunatly with the continuous rain there was a challege. But we do apologies for this inconvenience. We should have looked at it daily during your stay. The housekeeping manager will keep this as a record to avoid future incidents. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
