« The Worst experience in all accor hotels. »

Severall things happened: 1- air conditioning (cooler) wasn’t working, because of the central was “calefacion” and nobody could do nothing about it. Everyday we asked for help and everyday we got The same answer: “lo siento, no hay nada que podemos hacer”. Because of that we couldn’t have a good night of sleep, the room was HOT! 2- there was a leak in the shower spot that everytime that we Use it, the bathroom got flooded. 3- we paid to have breakfast all the 6 days, we just use it for 4, because two days we left 4a.m, both days we implored to have something (including a cup of water) 4- overall service in the front desk and in the breakfast wast good, it look like we were “disturbing” them, even treating them with all respect and cordiality. 5- internet in the room did not work properly, netflix on the tv did not have connection to internet...

As always the hotel is impeccable, and processes are very fast. Buffet breakfast could be available a bit earlier, let's say at about 6.00 am. Breakfast is very nice!

During the stay, cold water pipe busted. The lobby was actually raining under the roof and the whole floor was wet. The problem was solved by next day. The facility is dated and not very well maintained in my opinion. The room seemed rather old compare to other ibis of same category. The cleanliness is decent, though I didn't feel that they were doing their best job. Some positives: All the staff members were super helpful, and they actually did help me a lot with some problems I encountered during my stay. They speak good English The location is ideal for a day long transit.

I was dissatisfied when checking into the hotel after learning that hotel rate would be different than the one that I thought I had secured. When completing the online booking the page specified that the hotel rate I was reserving would be 'secured' and I was under the impression that is what I would be paying. After checking in I was not given an explanation as to why it was different. Furthermore, I was over charged in the hotel restaurant. I didn't notice until a day later unfortunately, but nonetheless was dissatisfied with both the service and being over charged.

In general the hotel is a bit dated. Also it does not provide the general standard as other accor hotels. There was no rubbish bin in the room, only in the bathroom. Also there was only one combined shampoo/conditioner provided and only a big towel. It's not a major issue, but I expect more from a hotel of the accor group. In general, the customer experience wasn't great. The staff at the check in wasn't welcoming. Also the check in process took a while and I had to explain the staff my platinum benefits. Furthermore, it was the very first hotel ever, where you had to pay at the check in. The breakfast buffet was alright, however the cleanliness of the dishes was bad. I had to try hard to find a clean cup and saucer. Also when access card to operate the lift didn't work, and my husband explained this to the concierge, his response was extremely unpolite. It should be noted, that the other concierge, who handed back our luggage in the evening after we stored it at the hotel, was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately this was the only nice and friendly person of the staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this particular hotel before. The location near to the bus stations [especially the airport bus and train services] makes this handy for the traveller although the actual location [streets around here] can be a bit of a worry in the evenings.
