We had a great stay at Novotel Visakhapatnam. The room had a beautiful view of the beach. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was great. The check in was good and stay on 01 sep was gr8. However on return 04 sep hotel didn't give promised sea facing view. on query front desk agreed to give sea facing smoking room. the corridor and room had smoking smell for non smoking person it was terrible experience. rest food was good and location excellent

Right from Checkin counter to check out, it has always been satisfying. This time the Club Room on 6th floor with sea view and club lounge was really exciting. Was welcomed well at the entrance and front desk. Pleased to see Manager Customer Experience, which raised the expectation. Ambiance of the room was good. Sad to note that the door do not close properly (Room 206) unless guest pulls it. In the restaurant, i had a poor / bad experience. I picked a plate from the rack and found that plate had butter under the plate (it was not clean). The Manager there quick noticed it and gave another plate - gave a napkin to wipe the hand and also later a finger bowl to clean the fingers properly. Later in CII meeting, i observed many participants did not prefer the snacks (table was full of papers and there was no space for the plate), the dish also not very easy to manager

The stay was great, the event that we hosted went on well, As a brand, we approached to an exclusive venue like Novotel but towards the end, we felt it was not purely business. We got associated with Novotel for what was committed by Mr. Baskhar but towards the end of the event, we realized it was to get Porsche brand on board.
