I stayed at Pullman Hotel with my wife. Pullman hotel has a great location, near the one of biggest mall in Jakarta. The room is spacious, clean & comfortable. Internet connection is very strong & fast. The food & beverages have a various items & tasty. We had a great time during our stay there, we've taken a promotion offered with upgraded room, free afternoon high tea & small diner, which was very nice & satisfying. Surely we will come back and stay at Pullman Hotel Central Park next time.

Great hospitality from the frontliner (especially for Ummu, There, male FDA and bellman/concierge - i forgot the name). 1. Upon arrival i got warm greeting from the doorman & bellman. 2. Efficient checked in and well informed from FDA and i got late check out until 2pm. Appreciate it!!! Cause my event finish until 12noon. 3. Arrived at room i got some aminities (cutes cake with wording congratulate on my graduation) 4. Quick respon and helpful from faisal - operator telephone. 5. Warm and cozy in the bar lounge upon depart for enjoy coffe and tea, she was helpful but forgot the name. GREAT, will be back soon !!!

Our experience was fantastic! As a family of 4. 2 adults, 2 kids (5years and 2 years), we enjoyed our stay so much. The crib was perfectly setup for our 2 year old really enjoyed the crib. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the spacious executive suite, with its own living room and guest restroom. We especially appreciated how attentive the staff were. The server, "Andre" at the breakfast dining room remembered our names!! WOW. I was so surprised. No other hotel has ever welcomed us with our names AT BREAKFAST. This experience at Pullman was absolutely the best. The hotels we've stayed at in the U.S. does not even compare to Pullman in Jakarta.

I stayed here using my Accor Plus Stay Plus for 1 night. Everything was great since the moment I arrived. The check in process was smooth and fast. The girl who served me (too bad I forgot her name) served me with smile on her face all the way long. I got a double bed room but since the one with single bed was full that night. She offered to join those 2 beds and it's exactly what they did and all was good. Everything in the room was clean and tidy, the welcome snacks were put in the table, everything was just perfect. Then came morning, I went downstairs to have my breakfast. The restaurant was quite busy but it's still decent inside. Since I vaped, I took the smoking room area outside. To my surprise there were like 10 tables, 7 of them were empty but in each and every single table there were plates, glasses and left overs all over each desk. No one really seemed to care to clean them up. I asked for my fresh juice to be delivered outside but after 20 minutes no one came so I had to go the juice bar and made a new order and finally got it. It almost looked like they don't really pay much attention to the smoking area and the guests who sit there. I talked to other guests in the smoking area and they thought the exact same thing. We basically had to clean up the table by ourselves before we could sit and have our breakfast. Done with my breakfast I went to the cashier to pay and no one was there. I had to wait for 12 minutes before I finally could get a grab of someone (again I forgot her name). But before I got her, the phone on the cashier desk was ringing (it's been ringing for almost like 30 seconds). When she started to serve the phone was still ringing but she just ignored it. Seconds later, I couldnt help it so I asked her, "Don't you want answer that?" , then she said ok and picked it up. But it seemed that it's too late coz whoever called has dropped it. I checked out later that afternoon. I used the welcome drink voucher to get some cold drink and I got a glass of orange juice (as per my order) a long with cookies and chips, which is nice! As always I went to smoking area and not to my surprise it 's pretty much the same with my breakfast experience. Glasses and plates were on some tables, no one seemed to care to clear them up. I know this might be small thing but if you give a great service then it should be given every where across your hotel, including smoking areas. And the guests who use the smoking area deserves to get the exact same service as the rest of your guests. I hope you guys can have a look and fix this because other than that everything was great!

We had a good experience during our stay at Pullman Central Park Jakarta. The location is very good. In the city center, nearby the airport and next to the hotel is a big shopping center with a park. The room it self pretty is big, very clean and has a really good, big and comfortable bed. Thanks to Ms. Tamara Fadilla from Reservation that really helpful to made our booking. We will come back again for sure on our next visit to Jakarta.
