Very Please with hotel facilities and staffs. Espectially Khun Nan & Khun Lipton who noticed that my family came with one accessibility person and offered us rooms that convenient to walk to because our booked rooms need to walk to 3rd floor which dark at night and slip if rain fall.

Overall is satisfied. Spacious room with all amenities. Most staff are polite and attentive. I had cake and coffee at the cafe which is nice. I also had dinner which was well taken care of by gentleman staff. The salon is also nice with professional staff. I Just met one staff at breakfast who's not service-minded. She replied too quickly when I asked if there are choices of coffee to order, she said there is only plain coffee. In fact, other table with foreign guests can ask her to do cappuchino or latte. That's just one uncomforting experience.

Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, it was disappointing for 3 main reasons Firstly, the room was not available, despite having checked in online beforehand and only arriving at 2pm. We had planned to check in at 2pm, and put the kids to sleep, before going for a facial session at 3pm. However, at 315pm, the room was still not ready and the kids were very disruptive because they missed their afternoon nap. Luckily my parents were with me, so we left they kids with them and went for the facial at 315pm reluctantly, while they continued to wait in the lobby for the room together with the kids. While we had received an upgrade to the royal suite, the kids were disappointed as they were looking forward to the bunk bed and play area in the family room. Furthermore, the royal suite was designed for a couple in mind and not very kids friendly in terms of sleeping arrangement and design. We did not pursue further as we did not want to go through the hassle of switching rooms after the kids fell asleep. Lastly, the lighting control in the room were complicated and did not seem to work. We were unable to turn off the lights in the bathroom, and the kids could not sleep as a result, even though we have used the master switch. When we sought help, the technician who came was only able to turn it off by pressing randomly at the buttons and switches. When the problem recurred, the next technician that came was unable to turn it off and had to call for help. We only managed to turn it off after pressing the buttons and switches randomly for quite some time. Lastly, there were several occasions in the middle of the night when someone pressed on the door bell. Each time when I woke up, there was no one at the door. While it Is not within the hotel's control to prevent others from committing such pranks, it was highly disruptive to the sleep and the kids woke up because they were light sleepers. I sincerely hope you could do something to prevent a recurrence of the first two incidents (room being unavailable and lights being unable to be switched off). Otherwise, guests will leave disgruntled and their negative experiences could affect the image of Pullman. Thank you.

The front desk staff (Filipino & Thai) all were professional and pleasant especially Mr. Kenneth the Filipino guy. He is very accommodating and superb customer service. Dinner buffet and cocktail were nice and pleasant. Already recommended your hotel to a few of our friends and Family. Definitely, looking forward to comeback this coming December or January with my Family.

I stayed at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G in an executive suite. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. However, I have some suggestions for improvements. 1) Lobby bathroom and Pool bathroom are not clean enough and did not smell OK 2) There is no wide selection for breakfast compared to other hotels of the same standard.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and feel very satisfied with every stay. Although the room is old, it is very clean and the scenery is very good. When I slept on the bed, I could see the full sea view. The executive lounge is much better than before, and the service of the staff is also very good. « A hotel that good for family group trip with cosy room and sufficient entertain facilities. »

The location is good and the beach just in front, room size is large enough with the balcony can enjoy the natural wind blow. Breakfast food taste reasonably good. The only downside is some facilities in the room not fully functional, take my room number (418) as example: the reading light near left hand side of the bed, the USB plug underneath the TV, the small shower water pressure are weak, etc. I understand this may because of the hotel have been built for a certain period of time. Wifi signal is not strong enough, sometime it could disconnected when I'm in the middle of the room. For the sofa bed, I booked 3 rooms and found 2 of them have sign of mould which I think may be caused by previous customers who left their wet swim suits over it? Or may be this is because the air conditioner are not strong enough T. dehumidify? Anyway, these small issues does not bother me too much and my overall experience are good and happy!

We went there as a large family, we had 6 adults and 1 kid. The hotel looked a bit dated, the pool was a dirt on tiles and the buffet was expensive (even with 50% discount, I still felt expensive). Hospitality at the hotel was as expected. Nice and friendly staff.
