Air condition was not working had to fix it twice. Toilet was blocked and they offer to change my room late in the evening which I denied The reception did an effort and left us a basket of fruit which was nice of them but I think you need more maintenance for the rooms

The location is good, we can directly walk to beach enjoy the sunshine. the pool is also good for swimming. the room size is ok and have gazebo can see sunset overthere. but the single bed is so small, the staff so nice but the room service is not so good because need phone call twice to take slipper and bath lotion not enough. the breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner not many choices at hotel, seafood buffet dinner only provided on saturday night. the spa service OK

I only had one night but it was the perfect antidote needed for a break and the hotel is in a good position away from the "crowd".. Sharm who checked me in and out was very professional and she assisted with a later check out when I checked in. That is something very few people wish to grant ahead of the day when one is checking out and I think that makes a big difference vs asking just before checking out. We look forward to 18th November when I will bring my family with us for a couple of nights and a few other families who will be joining us.

Amenities were not properly set in a room (no hair dryer and slippers). I found 2 cockroaches in my room no. 2505 (1 before bedtime and another at late night). Also there was cobweb on a toothbrush. I met Ms. Oum FOM and she offered a discount and complimentary room upgrade for next stay.
