In last day, the receptionist said that " we cant change your money from dollars to rmb. We have limited only 500 dollars per a day" so we had a diffucult day. In the future I dont prefer Pullman hotel.

After a very friendly check-in with Cherry we have received a great, clean room. The hotel staff is very friendly. Also, when arriving at the Club Lounge Sherry was accommodating and provided me with a small snack. All in all, I am very grateful to have stayed at your hotel and will come again.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean but locker room is very small so avoid peak time. The breakfast buffet is good with plenty of choices. The hotel is 30min away from Wuxi Tourist attractions, something to consider for vacationers.
