The room was very comfortable and the structure was great. We only couldn’t use the internet and even after two complaints the problem wasn’t solved. In general, it was great! Mainly the breakfast.

The room was a bit noisy and I had regular problems with the key card when using it in the elevator. Otherwise, all was great, especially the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was also very good as well as housekeeping. I definitely enjoyed my stay there. Thank you.

The hotel services were excellent as usual. The room, the bathroom, excellent. The restaurant was horrible! The food badly made. The silverware badly stored. This is not the first bad experience with the restaurant I had. It had been bad since the hotel changed the kitchen services.

This could have been a better review. My stay in the hotel was satisfactory. The services were ok and, the breakfast, despite not great, was accordingly to my expectation. The problem is after o check-out. Unfortunately, I forgot an important document in my room. I called the hotel and promptly they dispatched somebody to look at. That was nice, and I was happy thinking that this problem would be fixed fast. Since that, the experience has not been good. I've sent e-mails asking about how to receive the document, e-mail with information about my address, e-mail with confirmation of bank deposits relative to the postal service, but, every time, I feel that my e-mails are ignored and I have to call the hotel. My last call was to ask if they already posted the document since I've paid the postal service and have sent the payment confirmation the day before, but the answer was that they need to verify my payment, in a clear confirmation that my e-mail was totally ignored and, if I don't call, nothing happens.

Ibis thinks that the radio between price and quality is OK, and really is a disaster. Check in, check out, it's a wasting of time. very small room, the air conditioners is not working properly. Very bad decisition from my side, never again.
