Amazing service from the team there. Special mention to the concierge for his amazing service and recommendation to visit the local sweet shop. The car service was extremely convenient and took a lot of hassle out of getting around. Exceeded my expectations and my colleagues were also very happy with our stay. We wished it had been longer. We liked it so much we are heading back tomorrow!

I was not happy bcoz Singapore informed me that there will be dinner offered for my stay instead there was breakfast offered. Again my flight was at 9:00, so had to leave by 6:00. So I could have breakfast. It should be customer according to the timings instead of standard procedure. I also asked if they can swap with dinner. And at the reception said no. I will not use Pullman ever again.

Good clean rooms, quick checkin, not internet friendly, with no USB adapter for phone charging .. Your room service even for water, takes forever!! Had to go down to ensure service!

Hi, The hotel and facilities are fabulous. But it took over 30 minutes to get checked in due to our room needed cleaning at 4.30pm? The service at the buffet for drinks was very poor, I had to ask 5 times and wait at least 20 minutes. At the point we were over 3/4 our dinner. I have stayed in Phuket at a Pullman and the service was exceptional.

I would like to suggest the housekeeping manager to check on the kettle in the room. It look so dirty. Also so strange that as a Platinum member when I would like to go to the swimming pool area, I still need to go to the reception to get assess card.

At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us.As a standard process, all guests at our hotel get access to the 2nd floor by default as we have the Spa , Salon , Gymnasium and Swimming pool located on the 2nd floor.However, in this instance on further investigation it was observed that the card sensor in one of the elevators was only giving access to the 2nd floor intermittently.The same has been rectified now. The concern on the kettle in the room has been highlighted to the housekeeping team and strict checks and training will be imparted to avoid re-occurrence.Apologies once again for the setbacks and inconvenience. Please rest assured that this is not the standard that we wish to maintain and we urge you to consider this as a one time incident giving us another opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
