Couple of electrical power issues but was resolved, although it took around 4 calls talking to 3 different persons.

1. The rug in walkways to the rooms is smelly. It's been like that for over a year or 2. It needs to be changed completely or converted to granite or tiles. But since it's a frequent feature all over ibis around. It needs to be new 2. Must of the rooms towels are old and some rooms are damp. 3. Rooms and Toilet edges are dirty. 4. The reception is the only nice place in the hotel. 5. I'm sorry to say this. Ibis at Toyin Street is the worst ibis hotel I have stayed in. I have stayed in over 10 ibis around Europe & Middle East. 4 in London, 3 in Holland, 2 in Germany 2 in Dubai, 1 France

Ibis Ikeja is always my priority stay option. rooms are small but clean. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Only thing which needs improvement is the restaurant menu. Overall it is a pleasure staying in IBIS Ikeja.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and suitable for short stay. The staff were polite, courteous and helpful during my stay. The food was good but there was limited choices during breakfast buffet.

The entrance to the hotel from the car park was thoroughly wet though it rained but I had to leap before I got to the lift. I was surprised that the famous TV Reality show was not aired in the hotel as a matter of policy, why?? The bath water changes abruptly without deliberate manipulation.... Lastly, you should reduce your room service charge please...

As I was travelling with my 3 daughters, staying in your hotel turned out to be a good decision. I was able to weigh all my luggage and this saved me considerable time at the airport. The airport shuttle was also great as it made it very easy to get me, my daughters and our plenty luggage down there all at once. Your staff were also quite courteous and helpful. Ibis has always been like a family hotel as we are regulars there.

Unsatisfactory. Stayed in Room 235. The mattress was old and saggy, and the room poorly maintained. Cold bottled water frequently unavailable during mealtimes, leading to the use of unhygienic ice cubes to cool drinking water.
