This is the fist time i have felt pullman,i need to check in for more than 7-8 minutes,i arrived after 13:30,so what if i check in online for the first two days?tell the counter staff that i need a "razor",i leave a message on the next day and ask the room staff to give me a "razor",after lunch, i still can't see the "razor" in the room, in the aftermoon, i met the butler and finally got the "razor", dinner, this is not a buffet, i am only willing to give a rating like the "Mercure" level

great size of room and amenities. the cleanliness as expected. only problem in the shower, the hand shower need to fix when shower - I am totally forget to call the hotel to fix it but please fix for next guest. the bathrobe itchy on my skin maybe because of the chemical or others. I am a Muslim that can't eat pork and also allergic with sea food but your chef help me to provide the halal pho soup during lunch meeting - superb! thank you so much for the hospitality. Thanks Ms. Huong and Jasmin for the my last great night show me the railway coffee shop that famous spot in Honoi.... see you in Bali to you both for your next holidays!

All was good: AIRCon worked great. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Comfortable bed/pillows. Good selection of English speaking TV channels. Mini fridge stayed cold for keeping our work day waters chilly. Breakfast selection was very nice and Team Pullman staff were watching all guests to help fulfill their needs. Had one dinner at the hotel Restuarant with two guests of mine and the chef did a very nice job preparing our customized order. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again on my return trip next year to Hanoi.

The choice to go for the Club Floor was a good one given I had several meetings in a day. The lounge staff are very efficient, attentive and friendly. While the hotel is no more than a 15-minute drive to the main points in the city - there wasn’t much to see in the hotel’s neighborhood itself.

Small hiccup prior to arrival regarding early check in and late check out email. This was followed by issue with shower in Exec Room continually leaking onto main floor due to lack of bottom skirt on shower door. After 2 days was moved to excellent suite which was a nice gesture. Issues with standard of food in main restaurant as some good and some poor chefs it was a hit or miss which one you got! In Exec Lounge Ha was excellent and has a can do attitude and is a credit to hotel along with help from Moon but there was a cant do attitude issue with one girl everything was too much for her and need further training. Asked for noodles but told there was none available but wife managed to go herself from 10th to 2nd floor and get from restaurant...with NO apology from girl. Would we go back YES although there were issues overall it was a pleasant stay with some good staff.

Spent our first 5 days in Hanoi at the Pullman. After small hiccup with room we enjoyed our time in a lovely suite on 11th floor with excellent views over Hanoi. The area around the pool could do with some work, missing brollys etc but in general it was a nice relaxing area even with the hustle and bustle of the streets below. The restaurant is a bit hit or miss depending on chef serving you as was either really good or....not! The Exec Lounge is served by the excellent Ha who really made for a great ambassador for Pullman and made for a pleasant stay.

This was my first experience at Pullman and it would have been a great experience if it wasn't for the comments the staff made after i checked out of the hotel. I checked out at 14:00 and decided wait in the lobby until my flight leaves at 20:00. I was sitting comfortably in the sofa watching netflix in the lobby and all of the sudden a staff member came up to me and asked if I could sit up more straight in the sofa. I asked him what the problem was and he just said i had to sit up more straight in the sofa. A few hours later another staff member asks if i am tired. to which i reply, yes i am quite tired and she suggests I go sit by the pool. Which i declined because then I would get all sweaty and sticky even before i get on the airplane. When I declined to sit by the pool, she too asked me to sit up more straight in the sofa. I have never had this experience waiting in a lobby at any hotel and It really made me feel unwelcome. It seemed like since i checked out and paid I am not valued as a customer anymore.
