Ibis Lleida is great value for money, clean and reliable. Our only complaint is that the tap water did not taste very clean and the one of us that drank it a lot became quite unwell.

« Perfectly adequate and quite comfy fo a short stay. »

We arrived at a very busy time but reception dealt with us quicly and correctly, with a smile. Room was cosy though extra pillows could be present for need. Good bathroom/shower. Rooms were generally quiet. Breakfast good, but the layout (order) could be looked at. (eg toaster close to spreads etc) Took a bit of time to get everything together.

« Pleasant stay but restaurant experience disappointing »

Room was very good. Experience at reception was very good. Restaurant service was poor. We ordered the menu del dia and had to ask for our drinks as the waiter forgot to bring them. We had not finished our starters when the main courses were brought to us. We would have liked to have more of the buffet starter but felt we had to eat our main courses before they got cold!!! If we had wanted fast food we would have gone to MacDonalds! We then waited for the dessert we had ordered at the beginning of the meal but the waiter forgot to bring them. Another waitress then saw we wanted our desserts but said there were none left so we had to choose again. The fruit on a pastry bed was poor. All pastry and very little fruit and very dry. We will stay again but not eat in the restaurant next time.

Everything was as expected except the room was too hot and the air-conditioning did not work to cool the room on a warm October day. On complaining to reception I was told that only heating was available because summer was over, despite the temperature not dropping below 18C overnight. Excellent service in the restaurant.

Have stayed here and the budget brand next door several times now. It is a reasonably priced hotel, free parking with friendly helpful staff. This time I left an iPad in my room and only noticed almost 2 hours after check out. I contacted the hotel and it had been found and handed in by cleaning staff awaiting my return to collect it. Yes, we should accept that should happen but we always read that things go missing so I was pleased at the honesty of the staff.

room very good clean. paid 77 euros on arrival for meals on arrival at desk. paid for ALL drinks at bar. later we went for dinner. waitress said it was set meal . we dint like. ask if we could chose different food . YES OK ordered stake endie cote 14.90 euros each 29 .80 euros and cheese cake. cheese cake was part of set meal. charged for this. charged x2 beers 4x cheese cake . charged 30euros on top of set meal all drinks paid at bar.this was put on my bill. kept till receipts for you to check. returned 9 euros. by bar staff said over charged x4 for cheese cake this was paid in set meal. were did money go for set meal if charged for x2 stakes x4 cheese cake.x2 drinks that I paid cash at bar. I felt ripped off. bar staff came to room. later. with 9 euros for cheese cakes. still charged for x2 drinks. that had been paid at bar . no money was deducted for set dinner. waitress said we could order stakes. and asked a member of bar staff. I used this hotel last year it was good. I feel very let down by your staff this time. if you wont the till receipts I will send you copy. thank you. mr david l.

Room was satisfactory, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, although the check in experience can only be described as service with a slap, a new member of staff was being trained, who did smile and was helpful, but the woman who was training her had a terrible attitude.

Decent standard IBIS. What was different was that there is a very good restaurant on site. One small problem. My sat nav (TomTom) was under the impression that the one way small street to the hotel is one way in the opposite direction.
