The room is very comfy with its minimalist interior design that wont bore you.. but i think it can be improved more form the cleanliness aspect and staff respond time (especially the housekeeping staff)

Room: (superior) desain dan penataan kamar cukup bagus. Namun, peletakan televisi menurut saya, terlalu ke pinggir sehingga kalo posisi ada di ranjang yang sebelah dinding kamar mandi, agak kurang nyaman. But, overall, we are satisfied with the cleanliness and coziness. 9 of 10 Food: for me, makanan memegang peranan penting dalam kepuasan tamu. And, I fully amazing with the tastiness of the foods. Please keep the chefs and treat them with all your care. Susah cari koki yang amazing begini di Banjarmasin khususnya. 10 of 10 Service: Smile is just one small aspect. Meskipun para petugas keliatan sangat lelah, saya takjub dengan keteguhan mereka untuk tetap tersenyum dan menyapa tamu. Sayangnya, ada pesanan kami yang lupa untuk diantarkan ke kami. « Nice Sanctuary in The Heat of Banjarmasin »

A nice place to stay in Banjarmasin. Cool ambience and relaxing atmosphere after exposure to the heat of Banjarmasin. Nice pool garden and live music by the pool. Two thing that I would give my criticism if ever asked are: food at the breakfast buffet (not so tasty) and hotel access by car since it was very crowded due to same access to the mall parking lot.

Actually, I had been expected a lot from mercure since I knew from my friend that it was the newest hotel and the best hotel in banjarmasin... I thought it was the only one 4 stars hotel in Banjarmasin. But for 800 thousands rupiah and awarding 4 stars..ur beyond my expectation started with...ur entrance..there’s no Air conditioners for those such hot city..and the Lobby and the breakfast place no AirCon, the variety of food also very limit, and for the egg corners why they have to put it inside..sorry but I think there is soo much 3 stars hotel can provide way better breakfast than yours and also there is seem lack of service, it’s difficult to find someone for assistance and there is noone shared the drink, I mean only for mineral water we need to take it by ourselves when they had been put it on one side of the corner. In my floor especially infront of elevators there’s a huge hole I think on the floor that you’ve been covered by carpet. I think it would be better if u fixed the floor rather than u just covered it becoze it would be dangerous for any customers. The lightning ove the floor also very deemed. For room, the color for the bathrooms very dark, u choose dark theme I don’t know why but it cause the lightning not work properly and the floor..oh please it is very slippery. Ur overall hospitality is quite good except one of ur security at the entrance, I have asked him politely to sent my package to my room, but instead of helping me, he said no one can delivered my package..I still try to be patient and I think also maybe no one can help him..but when I get back ( after maybe 4 hours) my package still there..OMG..the availability of bellboy ia not my concern, how come 4 stars hotel said that and did that to the customer
