The overall experience is very pleasing. From the moment I stepped in to the lobby, checking in until checking out, all the staff I met is very helpful. Even though there's problem with internet connection and vault battery when we come on, the staff immediately solve the problem without delay. A very satisfying experience.

It’s the time to check and renew the appliances in the room. The shower was not working properly, also the washbasin stopper. And the towels lacked their whiteness and fluffiness. Although we must waited for a while to assure room readiness, the friendly and generous front desk staff made it easy for us. The room considered wide in dimensions, well furnished and well maintained, the room temperature might set to our convenience, adequate amenities and minibar, and great breakfast beside the swimming pool area. Due to water supply problem, we experienced utrreated raw water for bathing and hand washing that improved after two days of stay. Some suggestions for improvement, the wall carpet must cleaned thoroughly because it smell dusty and getting old, prevented the bathroom floor from slippery (due to water and soap residue), and kept the bed cover clean and firm (spotted and torn in some surface area). One important issue about reservation: we tried to booked from Accor website with 25% discount loyalty application, but failed because it was out of our expectation based on what had advertised.

Generally, Satisfactory. When coming to weekend or in weekend itself, there was no hot water for shower in the evening. On Sunday night, toilet flushing system water was brownish in color. Weekend babies and children noise were high (Suggest to consider to put families towards the end of the building or allocate a floors for that.)

Overall is good, just one case in which during my breakfast time I have to get to my room to take my wallet. I found one housekeeping guy in my room saying to fix the table lamp that not functioning. I dont make such complain. I call front desk to verify this case, found out that the housekeeping entered into wrong room, it should be 1152, instead he went to my room 1052.
