We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is just next to the subway exit so very easy to find. I would like to compliment William and Allen from the concierge team as they are very friendly and helpful in helping us with the travel tips and guides. They are also very humble. Some suggestions to improve: Check in staff was relatively quiet and did not talk much. only room number is written on the key card slip, no guest name or check in out date is written. Also, we have a colleague's birthday which falls on the last day, apart from the cake that we sent email to request before we arrive, nothing else was arranged by the hotel ( for example a card from hotel or even check out staff did not notice). I think the staff can pay more attention to guest details. However, overall we are very happy with the stay here and we will surely be back!

Stay was good , except the floor I was staying at 22nd was suppposed to be non smoking but when ever I step out from the lift to go to my room I can smell cigarette smoking smell in the corridor .

I'm working at Mantra hotel in Melbourne, now is part of Accor Group. I was expecting a great experience during my personal trip so I could bring it back to our hotel and share with my team. Apparently, I have enjoyed my stay, but have some point to share with you. I stayed in room 2203 and 2508, they both great, understan sometimes there are little things need some maintenance. I want say thank you to the lady who doing the HSK service on level 25 and level 22, they both very nice and make me felt welcome. The service I received at reception wasn't meet my expectation. the 2nd morning when I came down to reception for extend my booking Lisa L ask me for my ID and employee card again for photo copy, which were copied a day before by herself. And when I remind her she have done this yesterday on my check in , she did not respose me any word, also she start to serve another person for check out while she waiting for me get my ID out from bag. The 3rd morning I did same, extend my stay at reception, Bonnie was very frendly told me she have my detail and I don't have to redo everything. So seems hotel policy is depending on didferent staff. The day before I check out I went to reception told Lisa I need the invoice for the past couple days and I booked a smaller room after my frend left. Lisa wasn't happy for my request of detailed invoice. Anyway she helped me for the invoice after half an hour and told me I can come back in the afternoon then switch to the new room. When I come back to Hotel, My key didn't let me in so I called Reception wait for 20 minutes then a HSK supervisor came to me and called someone ask if she should let me in or not. finally I changed to new room with my 2 large suit case by myself. the new room is 1508, very load noice came through from nexdoor whole night. On check out, Aicher the boy at Reception may dosen't like to talk? I said I need check out, he didn't response, just take my room key back and I said room 1508. No response. I asked, do I need do anything? is that all done? he just nod. I ask if I can leave my bag with him and come back later, he point the main entrance. I understand, he mean I csan go to concierge. when I came back for my luggage the porter was on the phone to someone talk about their roster. I wait for 2 minutes then ask him if he can give me my luggage because my driver is waiting. then he put his start to looking for my suit case while he stil on the phone. Overall, my stay at Pullman Jingan was OK, only because the room condintion and kousekeeping service. But thank you again for the great service in 2203 and 2508.

The hotel facilities are at their standards. Very good. The metro is next to hotel entrance which is very easy to get somewhere. Many convenience stores and food stalls around and they open until very late at night

i was allow for early check as i arrived to the hotel at 8am in the morning , which we are very grateful as this allow us to have good rest after a long over flight especially important for my pregnant wife. as it was my our wedding anniversary the hotel prepared the room with deco and gave us a bottle of champagne and cakes that action gave us a big surprise ! it gave us a good memory moment for our anniversary! and lastly i would like give a big thanks to the concierge team who receive all my online shopping item (alot of boxes) ! great service from pullman shanghai jing an team

Really enjoyed my 2 night stay, the room was perfect, and the location as excellent. Facilities ere outstanding and in particular the Club lounge which was a lovely environment, had a great variety of food and was well run. Nancy, Club Manager had a very good command of English and did an outstanding job in ensuring my club experiences were comfortable. Mr Ethan Wong, Guest experience Manager was also great. During my stay I need some urgent assistance and Mr Wong, along with other Senior Managers assisted me well beyond my expectations. Thank you Pullman, my experience was very positive and its comforting to know that when I needed help the staff they were there to assist. Highly Recommend this property.

The Pullman is a great location from where you can easily access all great spots in Shanghai with easy access to subway. The Hotel is comfortable with a negative note on the quality of the food which is disastrous for lunch and dinners (breakfast OK but medium) and the air conditioning which is not working.

Overall good experience. Had to Change the room on the first day as the room I was given to, was smelling alot like someone was Smoking in there before. My first night at the hotel was very uncomfortable. We thought the air conditioning was not working. We informed front desk. They sent a lady with a fan just telling us that they are not running the air conditioner because this is the cold season. The room temperature was easily more than 24 degree. Very uncomfortable to sleep.

The hotel has no air conditioning. When I arrive shanghai, the weather is 29 degree Celsius. Without air conditioning the room was like a oven! I was there for a business trip and very tired to complain already. When we complained to the hotel staff he advised that he could only offer me a fan so that I could feel a little bit cooler. While some other guests couldn’t get a fan at all. I was sweating at night while asleep, not able to sleep well. I also ordered room service breakfast before 2am and hanged the tag outside my door as the card said. Requested it to deliver at 6am. At 06:22,The breakfast didn’t come and I called the front desk and ask. They then reverted back that they didn’t have time to deliver. They can bring over in 10 mins. I asked them if they haven’t made the breakfast yet, the staff said it’s very fast for him to cook it and will just spend 10 more minutes to come. I told the staff that I will have to go out by 0700, the breakfast only arrived at 0645. HOW CAN I FINISH A FULL BREAKFAST IN SUCH A SHORT TIME? At night, we ate at the restaurant at lobby and asked a waitress to take orders for us. She came over and took two orders and she suddenly went away in the halfway!? We were shocked and we have no idea why she walked away? She walked away and talk to others. We begged another waiter to take order for us. This was completely unacceptable and It was the most terrible experience in my life. I did not expect such level of service would happen in a hotel from Accor group. I will never choose any of hotels in your group , this is just terrible.

« Acceptable but expect more »

The room is good. But the air-con is too strong and unable to adjust. Having a welcome drink is nice but the white wine quality isn’t good. Also for the breakfast, valuable of choices, but the dishes isn’t hot enough. Mostly food is cold. And the coffee is bad, the hot coffee is almost room tempeture, and it doesn’t taste good. And the cleaning didn’t refill for tea pack and coffee capsule also will disappoint yr guest. Overall will give yr guest feelings of wasted the good hardware of the hotel. Improvement in the details will make a huge change. P.S. really please have improvement on the breakfast’s coffee, a bad coffee will ruin the day.
