« Great location »

Enjoyed staying in this area and walking around Sheung Wan, Sai Ying Pun and Central. It was easy to catch the bus from just across the road to catch the Star Ferry to Kowloon or to Hong Kong Central to catch the MTR to do other sightseeing day trips. The staff were very helpful if we needed directions.

It’s easy to reach from the airport. Just take the airport express and then use the free shuttle bus. The room is bright and clean with a kettle and tea/coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could store my bag after checkout. Rate was very good for HongKong

Whereas the staff were accomodating in finding us adjoining rooms, the rooms were very small especially when we added the baby crib to it. Great views from 29th floor of the water. Air con system left our floor damp and slippy in morning, a bit dangerous with a baby.

My stay was very comfortable. Check in was dealt with smoothly and information provided was useful. The breakfast room and staff was on hand to refill. The variety was also adequate. The restaurant was also convenient for a meal when required.

The room size is as expected and the harbour view is impressive. It's good to get to stay in high floor (29F). The hotel location is not perfect in terms of distance to MTR, but it's surrounded by some good local diners and restaurants. Convenience store and Starbucks are also locating downstairs.

The hotel is centrally located, the staff was polite and helpful with directions. The breakfast at the hotel is a plus. The room is adequate, but small. The shower grout needs to be better cleaned from mold/dirt.

Clean and breakfasts were good. It would have been good to have shampoo and conditioner supplied, I would have expected this. Staff were helpful at all times. Good to be able to ask for mattress toppers and softer pillows.

Good Value Hotel , booked the larger “studio” room which was worth it. The location is good as it’s close to public transport. The staff are responsive to any concerns or issues ., finally higher floors have good views.
