Stay was very good, but had to call to have my room serviced even though the light was left on for service. Room service items don't get removed from the hallway. (room next door had empty bag outside the door during my whole stay. Some improvements on the room service menu are required

This is my second time staying at the Grand Mercure Danang, and both times my experience was exceptional. While the rooms and facilities are great, it's the wonderful level of customer service that makes the hotel outstanding. From airport pickup to front desk check-in, the staff are truly welcoming from the first moment, and the hotel should be proud of their staff. But I'd like to give the highest praise to the people working in the Privilege Lounge, and in particular one woman whose name I believe is Haio. Her sense of real hospitality and genuine warmth are not qualities that can be trained for, they come from within. She's a credit to an already fine hotel.

I'm really satisfied with staying at Grand Mercure Da Nang Hotel. it's located near by Han river side. Price was quite cheap so we didn't have high expectations, but the room was spacious clean and well kept, breakfast was much better than we expected. View is quite nice . Breakfast service was really nice and lots of options to choose from. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I'll stay here with friends and family when I come back Da Nang in the next time.Will definitely come back again!

The Grand Mercure Danang is located at a green island which is very closed to Danang International Airport, only 5-7 minutes to be there by car, Thank you hotel offered me a very beautiful view room (1617) facing the fantastic river & bridge, colorful lighting showing on bridge's ropes felt wonderful on view. Room facilities are fine with free wi-fi, TV, small refrigerator,slipper, tel, 4 free-bottles water, room is clean & bed is large suitable space for 3 persons. We stayed 5 nights (8-13/10) at this hotel, walked to beach just 30 minutes, to attractions & city centre around 20 minutes. But if you wish to Hai An Old Town, bus stop is near hotel which is around 45-60 minutes travel time & one way fare VND$ 30,000. Breakfast is also fine with many choices for Western & Asia tourists. Reception staff & guest relation officer are helpful and very nice. The only minor negative : Door of bathroom cannot be fully closed.
