The stay was perfect as this is also the first time staying in Mercure. However, I believe that if the towers used in the bathroom could be more softly then this will make my stay a fully perfect. They're all quite rough at the first touch. Otherwise, everything is perfect and I'm coming back Mercure soon.

we came with a friend to race ironman vietnam the staff has been amazing with us and a gentleman called Viet especially who spent time making sure we would get everything we needed before and for the race this was really one of my very best experience in terms if service hotel facilities, ok/ good

« Good hotel but minimal public facility »

We quite satisfied with the room accomation and facility. But we think, this hotel has minimal public area like no shopping area or convinient store. Only a few resaturant outside the hotel with the staff can't speak english. So, very difficult to order and talking with them. We choose your hotel because nearby with Danang airport, but unfortunately Grand Mercure not provide free shuttle to pick up the guess.

I am a pilot flying for a regional airline in the Republic of Korea and stay at the Grand Mercure Danang on a regular basis. And each time I am quite content with the hospitality so generously provided by the entire staff. The room is always clean and cozy allowing me to get the rest I so dearly need. Love the location especially the view from my room. Is a great place to chill, the gym and karma spa are great places to enjoy. Love the walk by the river with alot of eateries. The room and towels are clean. I am extremely satisfied.

« My relaxing holiday is not perfect »

There are lots of bed smell in around this hotel. I booked a room without breakfast on April 29, 2019. Receptionist advise me of used the VIP lounge instead of upgrade room including using the VIP lounge with my voucher from Accor plus. BBQ party in the everning is located at the swimming pool to make noise and enough private for women and couple. Will concider to choose Novotel hotel of Accor for the next time.

The whole team were very friendly and attentive, looking after my every need. The room was clean, had all the facilities required and I was fortunate enough to have a great view over the river. The free transportation to the markets and beach was very much appreciated. The only small disappointment was the food in the Lounge which in the evening was a little dry, especially the ribs and chicken. Breakfast however was very good with a good choice of foods and menu options.

The staff are very helpful and nice overall experience is great except for the house keeping. Bra cause it is very hot and humid we need to have 2 showers and we had to ask for extra soap several times as it was not replenished.
