The front office staff is friendly and warmly, especially a concierge who wears glasses, unfortunately I didn’t remember his name. He gave us a lot of help and advice when we check in in first day. And I like your restaurants so much and I think the product of Vietnamese summer roll is the best taste that I ever have in Vietnam. A very valuable experience in your hotel!

I am very impressive with Ms Tam service when i check in. Very helpful feel like home i must say. In the Privilege Lounge we were served by ms Chang, speak very good english and very delighted to meet her. Keep up the good job! Hope to come to Danang soon again. One thing to note, the air con in room 2103 is pretty noise. You might want to do something about it. Thank you.

Cheerful and polite welcome right from stepping out the limo from airport . Since we arrived aroung 7.30pm ,the team on the 21st floor lounge being very considerated to settle us down for a drink and quick bits while they handled all the check -in procedure. Our stay couldn't start any better than this . For the next 7 days we enjoyed thoroughly especially Viet Ethan would patiently listen and answer all our questions , he is just like a living guide book so we got to know Danang better than any tourist might do . The services provided from the hotel is immaulate, the ambience, food, spa ......... Would definite recommend to friends to stay in the Accor group hotel One suggestion ; the hotel shuttle should make it more user friendly that is no need to book . .

I was very happy that my all of my comments were improved as per promised. - I love the desk-lamp, it can be changed what's level/color of light which is suitable for you, and it looked very nice. It's might temporary setting up but i'm really high appreciate for your attention. - The curtain in bathroom also was changed to be effective by night and day time. I felt very comfortable while staying there. Especially Ms. Chi, she's always with the welcome and friendly smile, she even can recognize and remember my name every time i come, let a feeling like coming back home. Thank you!

I have stayed at the Grand Mercure in Da Nang many times, usually with Privilege Lounge access. The hotel benefits from a combination of French management and Vietnamese staff. Rooms are comfortable while not overly large and the food in all venues is well prepared. However, the Privilege Lounge services and staff are what makes the difference to me. Ms. Lan makes everyone feel special, Ms. Ngan provides great service with a great smile, and Ms Tuyen and Ms Tinh are always quietly efficient about taking care of guest needs. My thanks to all of them for making this trip's 5 night stay so pleasant.

After traveling and doing activities non stop in HCMC, Hanoi, Sapa and Ha Long Bay, my partner and I were very much looking forward to a relaxing stay at Grand Mercure Danang. We arrived late at night from Hanoi, the check in was a breeze, staff was friendly and we were shown to our room which overlook the river and the dragon bridge. After we settle in our room, as my partner was unwell I called room service to order lemons, ginger and honey to make him a hot drink. It was delivered within minutes and it was perfectly sliced and portioned. I have to say, staying at two other hotels post Grand Mercure Danang, your room service nailed our request without having to explain why or what is it for. That was definitely one of our highlights. Other highlights: - complimentary shuttle bus services to major tourist attractions. Khai, the driver was friendly and helpful, informing us the times he will be back at the pick up point. - breakfast with local cuisine options - everyone was really friendly and smiley. Yoohwan, the restaurant manager, conversed with us, showing interest in our holiday, and ensuring we felt welcome which is what Accor is all about. - Chi, guest service agent, who assisted us with our transport from the hotel to Marble Mountain and Bana Hills. - Johnny, Food and Beverage Manager, who showed us around the hotel. All we can say is that we will be back to Grand Mercure Danang and will recommend the hotel to our friends and family.
