Very good location, the proximity with the Curitiba Shopping it was essential. The reception from the crew was great. The breakfast could have more vegan and vegetarian options and have a lower price, a lot of good options just on the corner outside of the Hotel with better prices.

Very pleasant staff, positive surprise was the black pepper grater at the counter with the scrambled egg. One thing that could be improved for women in all the Ibis hotels: Do not place the spare toilett roll next to toilett. Men splash! Thank you!

« Bad experience »

Was a bad experience as was my first time on the hotel. The shower was intermittent between hot and cold, changing during all the time. The internet is the worse than I have seen. It connect but not run nothing. Terribly bad. Why not you not include the parking cost in the same payment of room. It is very bad to wait outside the hotel at row to pay the parking. The girls in front desk request to me to enter in Prefeitura site to get the Nota Fiscal. I request to her to sent it to me by email, she told me that she can´t. This is the first hotel that I heard such thing.

Our stay is not a 10 only because of missing soap/shampoo kit when we arrived and because I've missed having a trash can that is not in the bathroom. Besides these, everything was great. Ibis Curitiba Shopping employees were very kind and the breakfast has so many options, we've enjoyed so much.

Ibis is standard but here the staff makes the difference. The restaurant is not like a hotel restaurant, is very good. Also the location is very good, near the Curitiba Shopping.

« Decent rooms, great breakfast »

Cleaning service was okay, but they didn't truly clean the counters, toilet, shower, or floors very often I don't think. All staff is very friendly and amenable. Breakfast was great. Key cards repeatedly stopped working and I had to go downstairs to get them recoded.
