see above really good though, staff seemed to take the extra care and " Aneesh " the duty manager went out of his way to help us .

« A very noisy hotel, lots of banging and reverbation through the night »

This was a very noisy hotel with lots of banging and reverbation of sound through the rooms all night. The decor and s quite dated and tired, it needs some attention and care to bring it up to standard. Not an enjoyable stay

Great fast check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and efficient. I wish I knew about the buffet breakfast inclusion free for kids, as I paid for room service not knowing there was a restaurant in the motel. Perhaps the booklet inside the room could be clearer, and/or info could be provided/printed for you on check in?

« Good hotel with great staff »

The hotel was a little hard to access, but once I found the entry it was ok. Check in was ok, although I did have an issue with being given a room directly in front of the lifts despite asking for a nice and quiet room. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Complimentary soft drinks and water was a nice touch, although could have used a minibar (thought this would have been a minimum requirement for a 4.5 star hotel).

I thought the price was quite expensive given the price of similar hotels in the area. The shower water was only warm both in the evening and the following morning. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating.
