This maybe the worst experience I have with Ibis Hotel. I get to the hotel very late, around 3pm and yet the room I booked wasn't available (it's one hour late since the check-in hour). I told the staff that you have 15-mins guarantee and then they offered me non-smoking room which I refused. The tension was so high that both me and my wife got a high tone answers from the front-desk staff to wait and even did not offer anything to wait the room be ready. Well, I guess 15-mins guarantee is just only a gimmick. I've been waiting for an hour yet the service is on me, not yours

Room service is good,staff are so cooperative.But only the thing is that there is no Buffet dinner for the guest, buffet dinner only available for the people who has come for some arranged party or meetings. Service in the restaurant is too slow as we were the two people and every day need more than two hours only for dinner.

Room was clean, all staff very kind and always smile this hotel so many guest and private event. having breakfast with overload guest so the hotel expanded the area for breakfast. :) egg stand got new chef (maybe). i ordered half-boiled egg was not deliver to me. breakfast has average food. Wifi had problem too slow and disconnected. maybe a lot of guest used it. thx

Frankly, I hv a good experience stayed in here. The room was clean, AC cold, I can hv a good sleep. But unfortunately, on my check out date, road closed due to Samsung Marathon. I almost late to go to airport. At the same time, I propose to go together with an air crew's, but the staff not allowed me. I hv tried to explain that this was on emergency condition. Lucky, they try to get taxy to me. Thanks to you all

its nice to know ibis hotel. overall its good, at the parking area the security is very helped since I drive car alone. but when I go to the meeting room the receptionist said it was on first flour but I cant go to the first flour, I almost lost. until someone say it was on M Ground. you need to make sure every guess can visit their place without lost like what happen to me. thank you

The hotel gives their best service with excellent cleanliness. I enjoy my room, have a great breakfast experience with tasteful menus, and two thumbs up for their consistency in terms of cleanliness both in rooms and public area. Definetely will come back here.
