« Helpful, friendly, professional reception staff combine with very clean room makes an enjoyable stay »

Very comfortable, reception staff (Eko and Anissa) very helpful and friendly. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast menu quite good in terms of variety and quantity though some staff could be more friendly and helpful. Trainee staff (black and white uniform) work much harder compared to regular staff (orange and black uniform). Price for a small can of Coke a bit outrages

« SPACIOUS BEDROOM & GREAT VARIETY BREAKFAST = IMPRESSIVE! »

On the upside, the bedroom given to me was spacious. The air-conditioning system worked perfectly well. The breakfast was excellent with variety of choices (Continental, Javanese, Indonesian). The room service was unbelievably fast and efficient. - On the downside, the hotel lobby on Saturday night was very stressful as there were many wedding guests lounging around. Some of the children were noisy with parents showed no interest in teaching their children better manners in hotel lobby area. It would be good if hotel staff members can remind the noisy people (children and/or adults) to quiet down, and be a little bit more considerate to other hotel guests. Just a thought.

« Good but needs improvement »

Located just behind Gaja Madah mall, there is an easy back door access. Room comfortable and large enough. Unfortunately, the toilet leaked on the floor and they couldn't fix it. There were too many mozzies at the lobby and in the restaurant. I had to get some repellent which helped but it was irritating.

room is good,outside view with big windows,staff is very humble,very nice attitude,everyday they asking to us how hotels comfortable, in the top floor,10th floor,machine noise is disturbing in the first day,i think its outside unit of AC,so,maybe to be considering to replace a good unit,when we complaining to the staff,its good manner to give to us to replace the room with lower floor...for 2nd 3rd 4th day the noise is reducing...i think the staff do some thing for this machine to give us such a comfy....thank you

« Great value hotel in central Jakarta »

This hotel is quite clean and have good value of money. The breakfast is fair enough, but can be developed to be more better and variously. The hotel’s location also very strategic, near public transportation, mall and many restaurants nearby. The other suggestion is about the toilet exhaust/suction fan should be more strong to fast remove the odors. But the overall is okay.

Mornings were disturbed by noisy piping that went on for quite awhile. Whilst in the toilet, I could hear one of the neighbors too - he might have had the wrong thing to eat (sounded like from one floor up). Apart from the toilet with some broken/flimsy fittings, room was generally quite good. Would suggest changing to a new toilet seat or sanitize it better.

« Great services but need to improve the facilites »

I usually stay there to supervise the event that our company held. Service was great, if there was anything missing while we were in the meeting room the staff there would very likely to help us but I think the facilities need to be improved such as the Air Conditioner in the meeting would suddenly didn't work thus the meeting room became hot and the lightning in the meeting room wasn't bright enough. I also got some complaint from the attendees that their bedroom smell like a toilet. this maybe because the bathroom's exhaust fan didn't work. Overall it was a good place to have a business trip in this hotel and the staffs are very friendly too.

« everyhting is good but seems it is an old hotel that has uncomfortab factors to stay. »

The room was okay, the bathroom and how spacious it was. However, it used Central AC that was uncomfrotable somehow. the food based on rice wasn't satisfying enough. it was different with bread breakfast stuff, salad and egg that most of them were amazing. I wish they also consider Indonesian guests who eat hearty and full breakfast like me. also, although there was soap bar, it is better to keep soap or shampoo dispenser half full at least. I wish the hotel can change yellow stained towel as I got. it wasn't my first experience staying at hotel but the standard it is set wasn't that good as it is Accor hotels group.

A bit dissapointed. Because i have delayed check in. Check in time usually around 1 pm. But I arrived around 3 pm and my room had not ready yet. So i waited around 15 minutes more. And that time, i was in hurry because i need to prepare to go. So the time delayed was so annoying

The staffs were friendly. However, it is quite impossible to sit and talk outside the air-conditioned compound due to the incessant buzzing intruder - mosquitos.
