I like the functionality of the hotel, the mirrors do not get foggy, USB connectors in each night table, board to connect your media to the tv, etc. it was the first time that my daughters receive a paper bag after the breakfast in order to take food out of the restaurant! Amazing!! The employees were all polite and very helpful.

Well from the off we were treated very well. I thought the informal look of the reception was odd and untidy. Though after welcome from the wonderful staff those thoughts went away. We enjoyed every minute and would recommend to all.

« Everything was fine except servicing the room. Many a day when we returned at about 1500 the room had not been serviced. »

Reception was excellent with helpful and polite staff. Room was more than ample, more so that we had a corner room. Room facilities fine. Nice touch having the water in the refrigerator every day. Pool and excercise room a pleasant facility. Location, near tube, made travel easy.

The superior rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The rainwater shower and plumbing that works well is fabulous. The pool is great but full of children when we were there. Meals are good and staff friendly. The queen sized bed is comfy.

I think its my 4th time here and it was great as usual! Service is always on point. However fire alarm did go off and was a little bit chaotic. Receptionist on the phone told us to come down asap but halfway down the stairs we were told its fine.

We spent nice time in this hôtel. The employees have understood what we call Customer Satisfaction. Some other Accor hôtels should take example on it. The rooms are nice and the swimming pool as well. It is well located and easily accessible. We also enjoyed a complimentary upgrade as Accor Members.
