« Amazing stay »

Check in was fast and the receptionist forgot his name he serve always with smile the room have good space ,we missed the breakfast however they give us juice and coffee down in the restaurant. One think I noticed inside the minibar a battle of water was already open . Overall its was a wonderful day and look forward to come back again.

Receptionists freshly graduated with too much errors... we stayed for more than 35mnts waiting in front of their desk waiting for rooms key. Room not clean as I know Ibis hiw they take care House messy, smell of sewage inside the room . I stayed 2nights but always the same ....

« Room very far from elevator »

Even though I precised on my accord account that I prefer room close to elevator, the receptionist placed me 1 km far from the elevator ! and I have to walk very long distance to arrive to my room or leave the hotel. There was nobody at kitching in the breakfast at 7h30 Room (216) has alot of stain in the bathroom and the window frame is broken I left the hotel at 8h and there was no one to give me the invoice to had to get back at 11h to get it. The night receptionist is always sitting on his chair while we stand to wait for him The priority was not respected even though I was standing in the priority aerea.

Very nice hotel. Im now in ibis hotel in Algeria and branch in setif better than in Algeria capital. Branch in Algerian capital no wifi and air con very bad also bathroom no exhaust fan and out of service.please im your customer and that’s official complian
