The receptions are warm, attentive and helpful, and services are wonderful. However, access to surrounding areas would be a bit hectic and uneasy. Food served is great.

The room is quite big enough, full king size bed, and occupied with Bath Up and Shower Rain. The location near the business center, just 10 minutes walk to LRT KL Gate Way. The staff are friendly and informative. But the access to LRT from hotel should be accessed from the Hotel backyard through the steel ladder. I think need more secure access to KL Gate Way as my opinion.

The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. The room was clean with good view. The dining-in room service was also nice, especially the Concoise salad (not sure for the name); however you need to change the rice with much better quality. And one last improvement is the housekeeping; I don't know why but I never got replacement for body lotion during my 5-day stay.

Very good room and bathroom. I found a bit strange to have to put the warning outside when I wanted the room to be cleaned (It is usually the other way around. When you leave the warning at the door is when you do not want to be disturbed, or have the room cleaned). The restaurant had several cuisines available - Indian, Chinese, Arabian, some times japanese and some Western. Being a Western I felt a bit limited. in general, a good stay.

Fantastic staff all around. Always alert, helpful, friendly. Quality of food can be improved. We had three meals during our stay, not including breakfast.

I'm staying at 1511 if I'm not mistaken before change the room to 1701 due to air condition is not working. I sleep well and the food is delicious. But the carpet is not vacuum well. Second day staying, I got ichy the whole body. Overall, I enjoy staying.
