The room and the food were satisfactory. However I didnot enjoy the level of cleanness of the pool and the fitness room. I think you need a full restoration in these facilities. The hotel staff was always friendly. Last comment, the rooms are too cold, my room was like morg, I switched off everthing with the help of hvac engineer but still cought cold. It is an area for you to save energy too. Please consider environment and non-arabic people who are not used to this much of cold in their room.

« I thought that the place was very well kept and the staff was very good and helpfull. »

I lost a pair of sweat pants in laundry. The staff tried very hard to find them, but were not able to. I told them not to worry because my wife loses my clothes all the time. My stay was very good. The food was great and working nights and being next to the mosque was perfect. At 4:00 every day I was awakened by the chanting of the end of prayer. It was so very different, but amazing. Thank you for a great experience.
