So happy stay here for 2d1N. All the things are great but the bedsheet room no 204 & 206 are wet and smell not good. I love the pool so much.. very big and the water is warm

I stayed in Mercure Bali Nusa Dua just for 1 night to attend my friend's wedding. Reason for choosing this hotel was due solely to its proximity to the wedding venue. However, the experience was not that impressive. I and my friend could not get into the rooms until 3+pm (check-in time should be 2pm) and asked us to wait (the front officer even was so reluctant to inform the waiting time estimate). Albeit the free lunch they provided (compliment for late check-in), I and my friend definitely prefer to get into the room on a timely manner. Additionally, the TV did not work properly (took 20-30 mins to fix) and the hot water was not that good as well. Not impressive, needs to significantly upgrade the service level.

I arrived a bit late in the afternoon, and found that the room hasn't ready yet. I didn't mind to wait for a while but the staffs were all so busy with their activities and neglected the waiting customers. Other hotels in comparison, serve the waiting customers with drinks or some snacks :) Anyway the room was fine, the meals also suit to the Mercure's standard. It was a very short journey and it was a fine one.

Delay in Service ... AC was not properly working and when complained not attended ... Room Service do not answer when calling them ... asked for salt and never got it. your service need to be improved .. you need to better control on the employees attended to the customers request... sent new KPIs and control them.

Hotel area is beautiful and staff was good. However hotel room was a bit old looking and smelly. Also air conditioner didn't work and bedsheets were moist all the time. Room doors were really heavy and noisy. Towels were dirty. In the end staff, location and private beach made this hotel slightly above average.
