I made full payment, but when i reached the hotel, i was told that payment wasn't made. And i paid again. I didn't have the time to check my bank statement. And moreover , we did not have access to it.

Breakfast was bad, no pork choices and limited food choices. Room was clean but everything can be better, furniture was old can be painted, can be painted, and most of all the bed and pillows needs upgrade. The room service was not refilling the drink bar and the tissue paper properly. The lobby was too dark and can be properly maintained. Anyway overall, this hotel can do better and should do better. The location in nusa dua so please do better in the servicing the customer.

I was disappointed with the hotel was listed as a 4 star hotel. I thought this was misleading given how old and run down the place was. The bathroom was unclean with soap scum and bits of hair stuck to the tiles. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The room was small. Overall my experience was poor value for money. I had stayed in nicer 3 star hotels for half the price during my stay in Bali.

I stayed for a week ! My first night I woke up way too early but the gym I put to good use! Basic gym but has the essentials :-) A cute little bunny farm - happy fat looking fluffy bunnies:-) The pool was really nice :-) I had the buffet breakfast which the staff cooked me fresh gluten free pancakes! Soo nice of them otherwise I was limited in my food...

everything was good, breakfast was excellent. we used the shuttle bus to take us to the beach which was a bit too far to walk. if I had to make a complaint it would be that there was no mirror above dressing table, so couldnt use my hair straighteners! there was 2 large mirror in the room but no plug socket nearby.

Room 221 was most inviting and we were greatful to be accomodated immediately on our early arrival! As before the pool did not dissappoint, nor the attentive staff and ..as Accor Le club members..we again enjoyed our meal discounts. Breakfast was a daily delight with attention from a crew headed by Adit, with Pitri,Eka,Rangga,Winda and Rena helping to surprise us with bacon,coffee and other goodies on the different days. Last but not least..Arya...who showed my wife how to box....and I am only now recovering from the consequences....in short...we loved our stay...back in June2019! h.

Our experience was not very good to be honest, the room which we were given was not properly cleaned and ready, there were red ants all over the place. The room service was also very slow to respond, no hand towels kept in the room and we had to give a call three times until someone delivered it to us. Expectation was high from your hotel but it did not deliver. Sorry, but this is an honest review.

My experienced for my stay was good but I want to sort out some few things for the hotel firstly,I know it’s a old hotel which is built 1980 and have to do renovations,the room look isn’t painted long time,the balcony and the pool but the staff was polite,if am making all these criticisms,is that I have 25 years experience in hotel,am a chef from Royal Palm Hotel from Mauritius and actually am in Perth working with Mondo Di Cane.

I never imagined that it was a four-star hotel before going there. Firstly, I was curios how the hotel looked like, is it good or not? Overall, it was a great hotel, great service in delivering food and snack, however if you don't mind, honestly you need to improve the hospitality, because there are few of staffs in this hotel seem like they are not friendly due to their smile, so I think smile is needed to improve your hospitality, it is in my personal perspective.

Sheets were damp, air conditioner too humid, bed cover were not clean, pillow were not clean-smells awful, had to switch to a new one,(new bed cover, new pillow), tv was broken
