« It was worth to stay. »

The room was good enough for my family. It wasn't very well cleaned in detail. But after request it was cleaned immediately. The welcome was satisfactory. Check in was very fast. Staff is very helpful and naturally kind. The hotel location is perfect. Near to the beach, in the downtown of nusa dua but peacefully silent. Ring service to the beach is perfect. The pool is clean. The restaurant is elegant and the breakfast was perfect.

my room is not ready till 15.30 PM, even I have to argue first when i asked the room for the 2nd time. And the room number is changed, i was told for 323 and at 15.30 when i rechecked the readiness of my room (check in time should be 14.00 PM) , the receptionist give me a compensate for free upgrade to deluxe. But when she wrong mentioned the guest name. And said that i got 317 instead, so immediately she canceled the compensate she already give me before with the card. What an awkard service attitude !! hmmm ....

We had bad experience during the check in and also during our first night. The room wasn’t cleaned and it was smelly. The best thing in this hotel was the duty manager Toju. Many thanks for his help during our stay.

The hotel is huge & pretty. Our room was just right in front of bunnies cage. We love them very much. They are so cute and we really enjoyed playing with them. Close to art market & some cafe and resto, but very far to the beach.

« Nice hotel could needs some TLC »

Property is beautiful, were disappointed the pool bar is gone and no cheap drinks. Shower in room was great but would prefer separate bathroom. Food was nice but over priced for serving size on most menu items. Pizza was fantastic and catered to all our needs. Beach and airport shuttle also good. Day spa closed for most of our trip and expensive.

« Very strong insecticide odor in room »

Take the photo-shopped official hotel pictures with a healthy dose of salt. Reality is quite different. The only reason I stayed here was because I was getting free nights from my Accor points. I would never stay here for >$50 per night .... not really worth it. The biggest issue I had was that there was a very strong insecticide odor in the room. This gave me a headache within 5 minutes of stepping in to the room. I was wondering the entire stay whether it is actually safe to breathe in those noxious fumes for hours on end. What is the point of staying in a hotel room when you are feeling uncomfortable and unsafe? Also, I had paid extra to get a pool view room .... but the only view I got from my room was a tiny sliver of the kiddie pool at the ground floor. The staff are very ordinary. There was only 1 woman staff member who was particularly gracious and friendly ... but that was perhaps only because she was trying to peddle some Accor membership plan. This is a slightly dated property. This shows up quite obviously in the room and shower interiors. Breakfast is very good. That was probably the only thing that really stands out for this hotel. I wonder why the Accor groups tarnishes it's overall luxury brand status with these budget hotels. I guess there is more overall money to be made from these middle-class properties.

There was a chicken outside our room and the rooms are quite noisy which interrupted our sleeping. Btw, the chicken (cock/rooster) started at 4:00 so this was kind of annoying. Everything else was good. Nice staff and locaton.
