Just at the BTS station of National Stadium. Very nice staff and facilities. A 7-11 convenience store inside the building. Need to transfer the elevator at the lobby, 9th floor to go to your room above.

« We felt important. »

We were very happy when we stayed in Mercure Bangkok Siam last year, but we'd say that our recent experience was even better. A few days before our arrival, we already received a letter from the hotel offering their services to us and giving us helpful information to prepare us for our visit. When we checked-in, the front desk officer was very accommodating when we requested to change our bedding preferences. The room assigned to us is big, with a separate living room. She even offered complimentary late checkout, which was really very helpful as we had a late flight back to Manila. We will definitely stay in Mercure Bangkok Siam when we return to Bangkok.

Second time with the family, service and bufett breakfast was very good. The room are very small and pillows soft and uncomfortable. Location of hotel very convenient, close to all malls, uptrain and the center of things.

Our rooms are at the 27th floor which have a great view of the city. Room and toilet are well furnished & maintained. Bed was comfortable except the pillow was a bit too soft Breakfast was decent.

1) air conditioner not work in my room 1906 ! Lucky the engineer repaired it and appreciate to the engineer good service. 2) It was totally bad bad bad for your buffet breakfast A small dishes choice ! No harm , no fried noodles,, no fried rice ! I paid for discount B600 x 2 persons x 3 days ! It was not the price 3) I had stay in Ibis ( the lower floor)which was better than Mercure hotel . No sleepers ready in my room on the 1st day till asked the front desk lady on the 2nd day 4) cleaning not good in the room Hope kindly to accept my comments for improvements

Excellent location next to a BTS station, MBK shopping and the Siam area. Breakfast, the room and hotel facilities were adequate. The rooftop pool was nice too albeit a bit small and covered, but still with great view of the neighbouring area.

Our staying at Mercure Bangkok Siam its great. We requested to have a connecting room since we bring along our children and higher floor. « Value for money, a few mins walk to MBK »

Friendly staffs, clean room with nice view of the stadium. Quiet enough to sleep even though the hotel is right on the main road and next to BTS. I woke up with neck/back pain every morning but I don’t experience the same thing elsewhere. The room was a bit dark not suitable for working at night. On 9th floor is sometimes a bit smelly. Bar was good, except I was served calamari and pork chop at the same time, which left no room to enjoy.

Thank you the hotel management for acknowledgement of Accor Plus Platinum Elite member and my 25th stay. A well prepared room with fruits plates were presented in room. The room was clean and comfortable bed. I feel happy when entering to an upgraded room and the lounge services. There are varieties and tasty of food products at club lounge. I plan to stay here once again for my next trip to Bangkok. The process of real fast tract channel upon arrival for online checked in member guest is the only issue that I expect to see as the improvement.

The concierge, receptionist and staffs are friendly and helpful. The only comment will be the lift to enter mercure hotel is slow and troublesome as required to change lift. The breakfast is limited seat and require to queue and wait. Foods selection is limited.

1. Wish there were more food options during breakfast buffet spread. The non-halal section was only a handful of items. 2. We were allowed to extend our checkout by an hour which was great! 3. Service was pleasant and staffs were helpful and friendly. 4. Room was absolutely pleasant and clean. Wish there were hotel slippers provided though.
