« The staff members are very professional and helpful. Also, I find that your colleagues' English levels are relatively high. There is no problem in communicating with them. Excellent. »

The room is very clean and the interior decoration is lovely. In fact, we visited your hotel back in 2013, and I realize that even after 5 years, the hotel still looks very new and clean, which is really good to the returning customers.

Front and concierge staffs were courteous, friendly and professional. I got allocated a room facing the sun which made the room warm and inhibited during the day. During the night the room temperature was fine! I hope if I choose your hotel for my next stay that I will not be allocated a room facing the sun. Thank you

« Front staffs should friendly ! »

Tge hotel show 4 stars!!!!! and I was booked Superior Room the room don’t have toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds , slippers, bathrobe allll have to ask for the things that you want . Small room but EXPENSIVE and don’t have bathtub. Is this 4 stars?? But for front staffs some friendly some unfriendly don’t want to smile! Why ?

Still my close to my prefered location for a biz trip, but this time the breakfast buffet was not as good as usual - eggs made to order was under cooked, coffee very thin even when choosing espresso, food in general not hot (when supposed to be) etc.

« Best mecure hotel from the accor group chains I have stayed in »

I have stayed in 6 accor hotel assets in Bangkok this year from Pullman, novotel, lotus hotel and ibis styles. The mecure brand customer service are usually lower than novotel (since both are in same class) but I found the mecure siam service excellent. The rooms are up to expectations and the asset was well managed. This hotel has become my favourite hotel in Bangkok. The location is also more peaceful that many others especially those in ploen chit, nana ans asoke. I will come back the next month.

Price is reasonable. Room is spacious. However, the drainage in shower room is bad. Water stayed for the next day after shower.
