« Good hotel in Siam Square »

This is the first time i stayed at this hotel for my Bangkok trip. The reason i chose this hotel because of its near to MBK, Siam Square and BTS station. I like its 9th floor lobby and you can easily find 7E at the ground floor. and i've tried the online check-in too but i think its not much different as you have to face the waiting game as well . . . .

We had breakfast at The Eight Restaurant. The food was bland to the max. Even the simplest omelette .... And I brought a difference credit card. Receptionist insisted to have the card I used for booking. Not flexible at all - I already produced my passport, not sufficient?. And I already made payment to the bank - not sure what other problems I will face.

There is no help for keeping our luggages meanwhile we are going to Huahin eventhough we had already stayed for 3nights (2rooms) at your hotel eventhough we are a regular member of Accor. No refill tissue for 2days when we stay

Front desk is not as helpful compare to my previous stay with Novatel Siam. Already had my record as Accord Silver Card but despite me pre-alert again when ordering food via room service, upon making payment during check out, they didn't give me the discount I'm entitled, reason because I need to show the card before ordering... how can I show card via phone... Bed is too soft but housekeeper is very friendly and polite.

They did everything right in terms of service...we were 2 adults and 1 child. Only hotel to leave three bottles of water and make up the sofa bed for the 3rd person in my stay of 17 days across hotels over Vietnam and Bangkok. But the room stinked and the smell jus didn’t go off and after unpacking I was too tired to move rooms.
