It’s listed that Car parking is available, which is completely untrue as the hotel parking is run by a third party and their app doesn’t work. Hotel reception was completely unhelpful in the matter. I would not have chose this hotel if I knew this as I needed a hotel with a car park. So I had to juggle my car between the street and various other car parks.

This is the 3rd time me and my wife have stayed in this hotel,I was shocked that someone came in our room with a programmed wife was half dressed after getting out shower.rang reception and no apologies,would of demanded money bck if wasnt going to a wedding.

« Welcoming but need to sort out parking »

A lovely room which was huge! The staff put on an extra early breakfast to allow all cyclists to eat before going to participate in Ride London. Very close to bus routes, cycle routes and a walk to the station. Parking was already full in the hotel and the staff couldn't direct us to anywhere else which would have been very handy.

Very helpful reception staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Felt a little isolated being in the annex building across the road from the main building and there was no staff or security in that building. Would stay again for a short stay. Breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast tho the dinning hall was very busy. Could do with two coffee machines and two set up of the food to disperse the crowd a little.

The bed was comfortable and the room had what you need for a 3 star, including coffee. I hated that some of the rooms were detached from the main hotel and that you needed to make an extra deposit if paying by cash. This was not made clear when booking via the app. Also, I booked a single room when I had intended to book a double due to the confusion on the app. Otherwise, decent hotel and the receptionists, while impatient in their demeanour, did their best to right the situation.

I gave a 5 beacause of the receptionist and housekeeping. I booked a twin instead of the a double and the manager on duty: male, was having none of it. Eventhough i told him i can take a double with the same price. Ive worked in FD befor so i know what im talking about. I have stayed in a lot of ibis hotels around Europe and never experience a customer service so poor. His attitude and dealing with other guest while talking to me was beyond me. I checked on the website whilst i was at the desk and there were doubles available. For a manager to keep the doubles because they can sell easily at that time is disgraceful. If thats is, the way he went about it, is very cheap for a brand like ibis.. Even the room he has no idea about. He told me single beds are stucked to the floor and cannot be join together but i found out that i can. This manager is a disgrace or maybe he is following procedures but he should definitely knows the rooms in his hotel and his customer service approah. Does he even knows about empathy, it goes a long way mike. The receptionist was brilliant and attentive so was the room

It was a very short (one night) stay, and the hotel was very appropriate to our stay from the point of view of price and location ( the friend I was with needed to be near Whipps Cross Hospital for an important consultation). The breakfast was excellent in its variety, though the breakfast room was when we were there uncomfortably full.

« Disappointing »

It was disappointing- although much cheaper than other Ibis’s in London. Reception staff were hassled and not charming; the room allocated was across the road in another building and my key card did not work three times! I was accused of putting it next to my mobile phone! The nicest person there was the new security man whose first day it was in his job!

I had a horrible few days at ibis leyton. I made many complaints in regards to the service absolutely disgusting. I’m a long term and valuable customer. I’ve spent thousands at your hotels. I will not be staying with you again.

« Good value for money »

Comfortable stay. The plastic stirrers are terrible! Tea and coffee was not replenished. Overall a comfortable stay which was in a great location for us.
