Check In was awful: One counter available. Had to wait for 15 min although had checked online earlier. Employee wasn’t even aware of online check in and my key wasn’t ready as promised in the online check in process Room cleanliness: Mixed. Old bottle of water kept around. Shampoo dispenser empty. Half a paper toilet roll !

« It was not that bad »

The room was not really prepared. The flush was not working and the water was not sinking properly. I asked for a room move but the receptionist refused. Upon check out, the reception charged me for the dental kit. I did not mind that but it was better if he told me upon check in.

Hi my experience was not good a , i arrived early morning to the hotel , i was expect to sleep for few hours after long traveling time , the first reaction from you reception team that there no room available as i arrived before 2PM !! after traying again with him he agreed to give one room with 450SR (1.5 daily fees ) knowing that i informed him that i will leave in the same day , not stay more than 12 hours , more over the room was too much hot where the A/C was turned off when i arrive the room also the room service refused me to sign on receipt and pay cash for one coffee order as i have no credit on the reception !! with above until this momoment i am still waiting printed invoice for amount i paid to you as the reception guy said to me he is not able to print out my invoice as i left early night (before 12 midnight ) please do a favore and send me my invoice ASAP ,

« Nice hotel »

The rooms are spacious We booked the plannet . Few things are bothered us and .I always book in this hotel but this is the first time I face these problems.My daughters room there were flying insects in the bathroom we called them and they came and cleaned the bathroom but still,the othet thing which is very annoying there us a smell in the reception as frying potatoes! Maybe because the restaurant I do not know but it is a bad smell that you are afraid your clothes will catch the smell.The receptionist are professional the check in was so fast we came late at night but did not last 5 minutes for checking thanks they were so helpful .

The service this time was too bad. I called reception many times during my stay they never pick my call. Same at house keeping and restaurant. 3rd day i quit my room and take another hotel.

« AC Problem in one room and another backside very nosy from Fan outside »

In general not not. Company pay deposit and they have agreement with hotel, but the front desk person not expert and force me to pay before I check out, and will not allow me to leave if I did not pay. Also at Check in the agent say no rooms but after argue he change to me 3 rooms, last room was AC leaking water.. After I told him its company reservation and already paid half, but he said no company her.
