Service was great, personal at the reception very helpful in all situation. My fiancée had an emergency at hospital and reception let us check out late. Very clean room, spacious, the service manager came to say hi in very friendly Manners. All receptionist spoke perfect English, it was really a pleasure to stay at this place - no doubt we will return.

Ibis is always my first choice all round the world, it's value for money in pretty good location, 10 minutes walk from big shopping mall and restaurants. The room is big and comfortable. But three's one big problem need to be addressed immediately, it's the water temperature control in the bath room, the water temperature suddenly went up to the nearly boiling point when I took a bath, it happened twice during my stay, and it also happened to my friend's room next to me. We had complaint to the front desk, but the problem could not be fixed.

Perfect location in the city, in a bustling area and easy transport. Nice rooms, very comfortable. The bed and the shower cabin are so good, you never want to stop sleeping and showering. Staff is friendly and helpful, and very pleasant to connect with.

It was a pleasant stay as I'm trying out the rooms for my upcoming wedding party in September. I'll be booking at least 25 rooms for my wedding party in September but there is a couple of things that I'm concerned. The wifi connection is very bad and the aircon is not cold enough. This 2 concern I'm afraid my guest will not be happy about it. Please do something about it and get back to me if possible. Thank you.

I don’t like that I have a one keycard. It has some problem when another member in my room want to go out because elevator want keycard to touch on sensor before pressing floor. So when another member want to go out, I will move myself to another room (This time I reserved the connecting room). I can’t imagine that would I have gone with my another member everywhere if I had reserved 1 room and wanted to sleep?
