« Some minor improvement can do »

1) The edges (corners) of the bed frame is shape which may hurt your legs. 2) Notices of "free" water provided by hotel in the fringe would be better. 3) The shower place has no anti-slip mat which may cause minor accidents. 4) A friendly notice of the swimming pool access would be good, if we dont know whether is open or not.

Overall staying at the Ibis Styles Chang Mai was an excellent experience. The room was large, the bed comfortable and bathroom surprisingly spacious and modern. Breakfast solid with good asian and western options. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood but is not within walking distance to the historic district. Great price for a very nice hotel. The trade off is the distance to the touristy areas.

Everything is okay. Heartists are super friendly and helpful. There are some points your property should pay attention (if necessary). Guidance regarding to the hotel facilities when proceeding check-in. Me and my friend dont know where the pool is and it takes us time to find out. No toothbrush set up in the room so we have to ask HK by ourself. Too much switches located in different places make us hard to find which right one to turn on and off. The choices for breakfast buffet are limited.
