« Mouldy smell all over »

The mouldy smell over the hotel was a big disappointment even in the room. The curtain which separates the bathroom from the room was mouldy. A deep cleaning in the bathroom would also be needed. This is just not 5 stars level.

Good service. Breakfast is good but not that yummy. Bacon should be crunchier. Location of the hotel is good when it comes to restaurants and shops but the beach in front is so dirty

I was impressed in the service of this hotel. They were very helpful and accomodating. They even communicated me well to plan my surprise to my bf. The food for breakfast has many choices. They even provide you towel when you swim at their swimming pool. Overall satisfied in my stay in this hotel

« Very pleasant stay at the Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel »

I loved the room, the position in front of the beach and the quiet entrance to the lobby of the hotel. Located in front of the beach gives access to great restaurants and the nightlife of the Kuta area. Finally it is also very near the airport which is convenient.

This was my 5th time staying here and once again am impressed - customer service seems to be number 1 for the staff here! Big congrats to management as your staff are a reflection of you and you have obviously found that work/life balance to keep your staff happy (who in turn keep your customers happy) that a lot of other hotels are lacking. Unfortunately, we split our time with a different very impersonal unenthusiastic hotel in the Accor brand who would benefit from your customer service skills! Keep up the great work!!!

All of the staffs at that hotel are friendly, and also the location is pretty decent The only negative thing about my stay at that hotel is the room that I stayed was a bit dark eventho I already turn on all of the lights but still dark compare to the other hotel that I’ve been stayed But overall still a nice hotel to stay when I come to Bali

Everything was clean & in order. Great place. Close to restaurants and a shopping mall. The only improvements that could’ve been done were to provide a welcome drinks & an offer of late check-out as the other Accor Hotels always do for the Le Club Accor member.
