smooth check-in and check-out . location of this hotel can consider good because of nice beach and walking distance to some cafe , restaurant and convenient shop. hotel also very near Hua Hin Airport. room are clean and comfortable but the water supply are not stable and it's not a good ideal to attach shower with toilet bowl, because after show the floor become wet and I don't think anyone like a wet toilet. breakfast just so so only.

« OK Experience this time because last minute change by your hotel. However, personal assistant and spa are very gratifying. »

- Reserved and confirmed many times with the hotel regarding the specific room request (701). However, the hotel called in the morning of the arrival day to change (due to sudden leakage). - When arrived, the staff informed me to wait in another room (703) until (701) is finished repairing. Apparently, 701 had never been completed but no one informed me at all that 701 would not be finished so eventually, I had to figure out myself and assumed by myself that I have to stay in 703 instead. So waste of my time to enjoy pool and other room facilities (because we did not want to mess up temporary room.) In the past, your service is very standout but now seem drop down significantly. - However personal assistant coup with the situation nicely by offering good complimentary dinner. - Spa is very pleasing. Masseuses are very skillful and professional. - Food is good. The dinner platter is very delightful. - As considered as 5 stars hotel (maybe), very few staffs know about who is the VIP. When I called from my room through premium assistant (press#5), some staffs do not know which room I called from. In the past, your staffs and managers are better in handling this kind of things. They were skillful and professional in handling this kind of immediate situation. - Lastly, telephone in both 701 and 703 should be considered changed due to out-of-date battery (need to be charged all the time). I believe the good and more reliable telephone costs not so much. - Outside (pool area) is so dark at night. In the past, you still have 1 light on the wall and under the tree. But seemed gone nowadays. - Front door at room 703 cannot be closed properly. I need force to push when closing. - Air condition panel in room 703 on the 2nd floor is not working. Cannot adjust temperature properly. - Breakfast in the morning is unpleasant. Wrong order (switch between my order with my wife). American breakfast choices picked are very careless. Look like they just threw everything they can think of on our plates and served. Everything dried and cold (not even warm at all, bacon, sausages, scramble eggs, even hot tea!). Also forgot BUTTER for american breakfast. Breads are dried and seem left over from yesterday. I always visit many 5 or 6 stars hotels and breakfast is their most highlight (even in every hotel).

« Same standard as always with grate service mind of staffs »

We came to visit this hotel once a time per year and we always satisfied with service of this hotel. We faced problem upon our request but your staff is very helpful and try to solve it with free upgrade room to serve us. We faced little problem during breakfast for long queue waiting BBQ pork stick and the taste is not good as the past. We came to other Veranda and no queue for waiting. We recommend you to improve about it because it is your signature and everyone came to try it. We have long queue waiting for check out and heard other guests complaints about it
