It was a good stay. Only the room for the breakfast was to small for a good booked Hotel. Also the coffee service does not work very well. Beside this little complain the overall experience was really fine!

I was staying at room number 608 , I have loved the room decoration . Awesome matters , Bath Room is spacious , Tv Stand something different . Loved the Elevator concept . indoor pool is so amazing & and the sauna as well . Balcony and the view

« Lift on return from Sauna »

Experience was great. I did have an issue on return from the sauna whilst wearing not very much were I took the lft to the 2nd floor. I was mortified that I ended up in the public carpark and unable to return to the basement floor as the button (with my hotel card) couldn't be selected. I then shared the lift with people using the car park where I then had to walk around the building to the hotel lobby again whilst wearing not very much. You may wish to put a sign up stating that lift use is for access to the car park only and not for access to the Sofitel hotel rooms. Otherwise the hotel room was great, and staff are excellent. « Great room but need better rules »

I had a short stay for business. Room was great. Staff was helpful. Need a better pet policy though. Guest had a barking dog all morning which woke me up. This also interrupted many conference calls as the dog barked for over 45 minutes constantly. Will be traveling to Frankfurt frequently over next couple of months but will be staying elsewhwre

Excellent, checkin was great. Dinner and service at Schonemann excellent as always, a pleasure, one of the best inhouse hotel restaurants. Room was quit which I appreciate. Television settings are way too strong, maybe softer tones setting should be applied. Two flaws, one being the aircon which is not cooling enough and secondly i had to give up showering in the morning as the water presssure is too low. I prefer to sleep rateher cold and the temperature in the room was too high and the duvets too warm. Also, the shower pressure needs to be higher, simple and basic hospitality standard. Otherwise a really nice stay, staff interactions were great and welcomming.

As a loyal member of Accor hotels, I requested an early check in around 9 am. I showed up at the hotel and I was told no rooms are available for early check-in, which is something I understand. However, few minutes later the receptionist told me that a room is available only with a 150 EUR check in fees! What kind of loyal client's appreciation is that? I ended up agreeing to pay the extra fees as I was arriving from a 14 hrs flight, but I am beyond disappointed in the quality level of customer appreciation from Total and Accor. I enjoy far more benefits from BonVoy, and I am reconsidering my future stays at Sofitel.

This time has been our 4th time at Sofitel Frankfurt and every time we have found this hotel exactly as we wanted. Room has been real luxury, spacious, extremely clean and the bed was like heaven. I was not upgraded to the next higher level room even with my platinum member status. That was not good. And TV cannot turn on. Further, bed was too small and too soft. Nevertheless, it was a good stay.

This is our 4th time at Sofitel Frankfurt and it never ceases to amaze us. Quality of room, cleanliness, breakfast, value for the money, close to shopping, everything has been top notch. We were checked in by a friendly lady in glasses (too bad I did not catch her name) who, when I requested a room change to bathroom with tub, was very helpful. Love that hot breakfast is also prepared to order. We ordered some egg benedicts, Frankfurter sausages, pancakes and waffles. Most are ok, not that great but ok, except for the waffles. One thing I found inconvenient is the fact that their system seems to not recognize guests who buy packages. We bought a romance package which included breakfast during the stay but when we showed up and gave our room number, they said we didn’t have breakfast included and we had to explain that we had a package. After that we had to quote the package whenever something is missing that’s supposed to be available. It is a nuisance but not too much of a problem. All in all, I think the service was good, the hotel itself was good. Had a very nice 2-night stay. Thank you.
