Excellent front desk staff, who were very courteous and helpful. Nice room , with neat design! Breakfast was sumptuous. Best part was that the staff found out it was my birthday and wished me and helped me celebrate it with a cake !!!

Being a five start property I had high expectation. You rooms are small (even as compared to pther 4 stars in Ahmedabad) . Food is super expensive Vs the value/taste /portions being offered. Room service/house keeping toilet upkeep are painfully slow and pathetic. It was dissapoonting stay!

Stayed here for two days whilst on business meetings. Unfortunately one of the meetings were cancelled in the last minute, so we were allowed to sit and work in the lounge - thank you for that! Rooms spacious, clean and with well-functioning aircon. The resturant staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, detailing the ins and outs of Indian cousine. All in all a very good experience

Guest care is not that much feels when you checked in or checked out. On call response after 6pm is not good we have to call for room reservation next day morning that's unacceptable for an international Hotel.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great service also. Bathrooms were also lovely to use and hot water was there all the time. The O2 spa was incredible and the pool was really good. The gym is also well equipped for morning exercises. Breakfast was the best breakfast i have eaten in a long time.

« Good but was much much better during previous stays. »

This was my 4th stay in Novotel this year. I noticed there has been a decline in the quality of service particularly in housekeeping. Had to ask twice for toiletries to be replenished or sheets changed (via call and via email). Food is still overall ok. I also tried the Spa for the forst time. Massage was adequate but not memorable.

« Very slow , missed feeling stayed in 5 star hotel »

1. After entry room there were no soaps, face wash . Housekeeping employee told that we will deliver only in demand. 2. There is no in-room dining menu 3. TV operation is difficult and only limited channels. We missed top rated indian channels. 4. In-room dining served after 45 min of order 5. Taste is normal 6. In breakfast buffet, I have waited for a glass of water almost 15 minutes.
