« Not quite there.. »

What irked me most was that there wasn't even a chair with a back rest for the working table. Roof top breakfast sitting in hot sunshine wasn't so pleasant. Perhaps curtains can be installed. Water from the showers wasn't warm enough. And the pillows are suspect in terms of cleanliness. Same heat problem in the lobby Cafe area.

« Wonderful Hospitality Is Back »

I forgot how many times I have stayed in this hotel. Most of the time there were good experiences, although on the last two visits were not as good. This time, they were back in the game with their wonderful hospitality, which was very important in my opinion. This element is like on icing on a cake, to complement their hotel strategic location, nice and clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and more. I didn’t manage to have breakfast there nor to get the welcome drinks due to the full schedule so I couldn’t write any review on that, but it didn’t matter. The wonderful hospitality has already put a smile back on my face.

« Staying at All Seasons Hotel Thamrin is always a very lovely experience! »

I am a frequent guest of All Seasons Hotel Thamrin! This is THE Hotel to stay if you are in Jakarta! It is next to the Sudirman BNI Station Railink to the Soekarno Hatta Airport and the Dukuh Atas Station of the Metro Jakarta MRT! Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia Malls are just 5 minute walks from the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff and service os SUPERB!! I would just like to make special mention to the staff who is always nice and accommodating specifically the following: Front Desk - Andini, Daly, Dara, Danu, Reza and Aleph Skyloft Restaurant - Mrs. Bunga the Manager and her staff Rojai, Gisela, Selvia, Husni, Rovik, Ezra and Rahmat Housekeeping - Esra, Syakila, Puput, Ade and Paskaria Thank you also to Salsa for always asking me how my stay is going. Another lovely stay at All Seasons Hotel Thamrin! Highly recommending this Hotel!

« Not As Good As It Was »

I’ve stayed at All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin a few times, but the (housekeeping) service was unsatisfactory this time. I went out at 10am, came back at night and my room hadn’t been cleaned up. Since it was the first day, I gave it a pass. The next day, I informed the receptionist to have my room cleaned before I went out. Left the hotel at 10am, returned at 4pm, and my room was still a mess. The equipments in the mini gym were all in bad shapes too. Breakfast buffet was alright, although slightly worse than how I remembered it used to be. Pastry and bread were delicious!

« A lot of improvement can be done at hotel »

1. I stayed at room no 308 and the room was warm. Even though, it was checked by engineering department, it was still warm. Since I only stayed for 1 night, I just accepted it as it was. 2. No laundry bag inside the room. 3. Breakfast starts at 6am but it does not seem to be actually ready. No staff was around and no chef manned the egg section. 4. The ceramic floor at rooftop restaurant is dirty. It really needs to be cleaned up.

1. Room interior design/style similar to Ibis Budget Airport Juanda Surabaya, in All Seasons just a little bit bigger. 2. Dial 1000, no one picked up the phone then rang Room Service for help to pick up laundry. 3. On the check-out day, at 11:30 someone rang me on room 411 reminding check out time.....and I mentioned my laundry No. 015264 to bring upstairs...till 12:00 no one coming. 4. Then, I went down to reception....the receptionist rang 'laundry dept' twice and still I have to wait for 20 minutes for the staff to bring the laundry down to Receptionist. 5. Breakfast varieties were good but sorry to say, none of the food taste average, all BAD. Tasteless.
