« Very unhappy staffs »

At morning breakfast, the service is very slow. The clearing of table is slow, the refilling of coffee is slow, egg station nobody, Juice taste diulate. The staff especially the guy, seem unhappy, long face if you request him for something. Overheard a guest asked him for tea and he said in a very rude way, it's there you can get it yourself. However the lady named Lia, she pleasant and well manner.

« Worst customer service ever experienced in an accorhotel »

Communicating with mr. Harris is like comunicating to a brick wall. He did still not add the earned accor leclub points in the account of my card with which i checked in and is on the bill. Plates used at breakfast are so bad that liquid is easily spilled. Customer unfriendly. Avoiding this hotel is adviced.

The main issue was during the breakfast time. Every morning the buffet was almost empty by 8 o’clock onwards. We had to request to top up which took sometime to appear. It seems nobody was checking and controlling the buffet. What was left was cold, cold meat and cheese slices were dry up and curling. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

This hotel is located right in front of the Trains services which can take you directly to airport. Many public taxis around, and close to all the attractions in the city,.The breakfast is served on their rooftop.

Your weekend escape will not be the same anymore. Find a nice room and quite good breakfast while taking pictures of the skyscrapers. The BNI City Train Station is only 10 minutes walk and the Dukuh Atas MRT station is just a step away.

It was my great experience to stay at All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin. The close proximity of this hotel with Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, bundaran HI and many historic places in Jakarta is one of the reason I chose this hotel. « A nice one night stay on the corner of Jakarta »

All Seasons Thamrin is a nice hotel tucked in the renovated part of Thamrin - I could see the Dukuh Atas MRT station and could walk on a global standard pavement. The compact bathroom complex was a new but sensible experience, the bed was very comfortable, the cable channels were more than what I expected, and the Wi-Fi connection was convenient. I stayed during the Ramadan month so the breakfast buffet was quite empty, and so I could help myself for two courses of breakfast. This has been my best stay at Thamrin in the last five years.

Satisfactory, the breakfast could improve, most times I have to ask for something that is not being filled on the plate, means the plates were empty, the croissant can be improved as it is like biscuits, and coffee machine isn’t check for water. Service is very slow. Room service was one hour wait .
