Sunday breakfast was very, very busy. However, I had the feeling you had enough staff, and even if you didn't, they made it feel like they had the masses of guest under control easily. They were friendly at all times and kept coming with refills for the buffet constantly. It's not an easy task to feed so many hungry guests, they did a great job! Please thank them for me!

« Very Modern, Central and well run Hotel in Heilbronn »

Location is very convenient (10 min walking distance of Heilbronn Haupt Banhof) Hotel is recent and modern Staff proved all helpful and effective (we stayed 4 nights in May 2019) Our room (425 was spacious, clean, quiet and well equiped) Breakfast room was very busy (BuGa festival) but food selection and quality was very good. We had dinner once and could enjoy typical Swabish food.

Double Bed Room nr 210: unfortunately the bed was just pushed and not fixed to the wall/or ground, which makes it very uncomfortable if you want to sit in the bed and read, work on lap top or else, as the bed is always moving away from the wall.Breakfast: Unfortunately the Juices were not fresh and the taste of the orange juice was like it stayed in the Container for several days already, also the cereals (Müsli) did not have a fresh taste, as well as the cutted fruits in the fruit bowl did not taste like fresh cut.

Location is quite central. The hotel offers convenient parking in a nearby covered carpark (8€/day) Hotel is brand new, modern and very clean. Our Room (#319) was spacious and sound proof. Bed was comfortable. The shower system (Italian shower) is not ideal as water always manages to leak under the window glass. Breakfast was very good (range and quality of the food, as well as service)

Reasonable hotel, staff were friendly, room was clean and bathroom was good. However - the internet access DOES NOT WORK in the room. When are hoteliers with house predominately business travellers going to realise that functional internet access is as important as flushing toilets in this day and age? Internet access in the room is non existent - however it functions (Barely) in the reception area.

I arrived early and had hoped to check in prior to 3pm. Was told the room was not ready, but staff offered to hold my luggage. I understand that room cannot be made available if it is not ready, but at other hotels I have been able to check in early.

Hello, I was happy to stay in Mercure Heilbronn. I have a few points to mention. 1) I am a Business Plus Card holder and giving welcome drink as "small beer" as this hotel is not nice, do you really need that differentiation small or big? 2) I stayed many times in spring and summer, I don't understand why there is air coming into my room from ventilation even though i switched off my air conditioning. Every morning I realize that some air is being pumped in my room, and cold!

My stay was great as always. The service was very paar for a person who stays in the hotel 3 nights a week for almost a year.. I forgot to cancel one night, had to pay and it could be changed within the invoice (from no show to a normal night)

Sehr geehrter Herr S., vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben unser Hotel und unseren Service zu bewerten. Ich bedaure zu lesen, dass Sie nicht anreisen konnten bzw. es leider versäumt haben zu stornieren. Es ist nun mal so, dass wenn eine Buchung mit einer Kreditkarte garantiert wird, diese Buchung (das Zimmer) von uns die ganze Nacht unabhängig von Namen, Länge des Aufenthaltes, des Anreisedatums,... für den Gast freigehalten wird. Darum haben wir Ihnen die "NoShow" (das bedeutet Nichtanreise trotz bestehender Reservierung) in Rechnung gestellt. Es hat einen rechtlichen Hintergrund, warum wir "NoShow" auf der Rechnung vermerken und nicht eine "normale" Nacht. Dies ist nicht nur unsere interne Arbeitsanweisung, den Vermerk "NoShow" nicht von der Rechnung zu nehmen. Es ist auch eine Vorgabe vorn Accor. Wir haben auch zur Kenntnis genommen, dass es Lärm in Ihrem Zimmer gab. Lag dies an der Strasse oder war es ein anderer Lärm? A typical business hotel, clean, tidy and well appointed. Facilities good, staff friendly. Restaurant (we had dinner there) good. Breakfast over-priced and poorly stocked. Even "freshly" cooked food such as omelettes and bacon and eggs were nothing special (overcooked!)

This was my second visit this year, and it is still the best place in Heilbronn. Beautiful comfortable rooms with everything you need. Exceptionally friendly reception staff, ensured that I could check in early after an intercontinental flight. Great stay, will always come back.
