rubbish all over floor in car park by bins, rats all over it upon arrival

power cut we thought but electricity switched off through hotel so contactors outside in car park could install electric charges, hotel did not bother to inform guests, rummaging round in bathroom in dark trying to wash and do teeth

Pleased with the effort from the team, although they had some decoration ongoing it was very well managed and you did not even notice once in restaurant or room. Great option to be able to order local food with the kiosk, and small bar in operation through reception of an evening that was very much appreciated !
