I was initially checked into a room that was too small and too hot, and one of the poorest I've seen in terms of decoration/upkeep in the Accor estate. I asked for my room to be changed, which was done without fuss to a larger, cooler room. As a Gold loyalty card holder I should automatically be upgraded to the next best room option. Dissappointed that this didn't happen.

I paid £85 for one night at your hotel, as soon as we arrived the hotel receptionist was rude and the room was absolutely tiny. It was definitely not worth £85, I’d strongly recommend changing the price. Our view was a wall below an ally way. The bathroom was run down and the room itself was very dusty.

Room too warm. My room 506 was facing another building which is producing super loud machine sound 24 hours non stop. I didn't get any sleep the entire 3 nights stay with you. What a horrible nightmare.

« Great service and great staff, room let the stay down »

The front desk staff (young lady), very good check in and very welcoming, order room service and again staff and service were great. No issues there on that front. The room was poorly cleaned, dusty and sides were dirty/stained. Desk was broken and poorly repaired, got a spliter! The only reason i didn't complain that night was that i was tired and at least the bed was clean and smelt reasonably fresh. Breakfast was great, but the service let it down, there were 2 members of staff on (1 male 1 female) i tried to get their attention so i could order poached eggs. They were too interested in talking to each other up at the front near reception. I have used this hotel a few times and would continue to do so for the location, would be good to freshen up the rooms.

We only stayed for one night whilst attending a wedding. It was good for all we were in it. Not much room in the room but absolutely fine for what it was for. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff were exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate me. Very helpful, when I had actually booked the wrong dates they were able to get me a room that same night for the same price that I had paid for. Also managed to cancel the wrong reservation free of charge. Never had a hotel do that before and I stay in hotels at least 3 times a month. The rooms were also very clean and spacious. The room also was in good condition and had been well maintained. But the bed was the absolute best. One of the comfiest and largest beds I had even slept on. Also really liked the black out curtains. Got a very good sleep in that room. Will definitely be telling friends and family and will also be staying here again !!!! The only thing I would recommend is to have a travel sized toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Other than that cannot fault it !

Tired hotel, requiring refurb. Rooms very small. Toilet not working, odour from shower curtain. Had coffee on arrival, asked for a scone or biscuit. They had neither as they were waiting in a food order. 2pm on a Friday afternoon going in to a weekend. Very odd. Breakfast nice albeit very somber quiet breakfast room. Hotel old fashioned and needs a refurb. However value for money for the money we paid.
