Room was very badly dated with broken sofa and faulty cold tap and faulty old curtains. Breakfast was very good.

I found the overall experience very satisfactory. All the staff were polite and helpful which made for an enjoyable stay and something to look foreward to in forthcoming visits. If I had to single out an individual then a special mention would be Dani with a good sense of humour couple with effieiency.

the room was ok, the bathroom could do with being refurbished. the check in process was ok, the receptionist could have made more of an effort in being friendly, a smile wouldn't have gone amiss. the bar staff seemed to be new and a little under trained, but were friendly all the same. the breakfast was good.

Our experience was comfortable, courteous and friendly staff, breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable Items to address rooms were tired and dated, my mother and father had an accessible room. Shower flooded and there were black water stain Mark's on the tiling just didn't look good

We had an excellent stay. The room we had for me, my wife and two young children was a nice size and the number of beds (one double and two singles) was perfect. The only downside was that it smelled like a former smoking room. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is in a fair amount of disrepair, the room needs some real TLC wallpaper hanging off the Walls and ceiling, bathroom door rubbing on the floor, sink chipped, lights above bed not working correctly! Bar food service was super slow but food was lovely. Breakfast staff member was extra friendly and helpful - breakfast great too.

We were pleased to see some work had been Done on hotel since last summer when We visited ! the restaurant service I thought had improved getting the meals served in two hours’,,, Feel there is room for improvement in quality Of some of the meals !! But satisfied overall ‘ Better than last year! Thec rooms web feel are due soon for A revamp!/update perhaps ., with walk in showers etc we did not use it because of difficulty getting in and out of bath ‘ The Tap on sink was stiff to turn, I reported To reception !!! Overall a good room ‘ and Pleasant stay

Reception staff on arrival couldn’t seem to be bothered. It was a hot day and as there was no fan in my room, I asked for a fan. One quick call from the reception lady, a shrug of the shoulders and I was told there were no fans. A nice housekeeping lady whom I met in the corridor fetched me one from another room in the end. There was no Pimms in the hotel despite it being a hot summers day! A group of people decided to gather in the room next to me after midnight and stayed there until 1.45am making a row. I could not sleep but was reluctant to complain to them or reception as I was staying at the hotel on my own. I would not stay here again.

Lovely spacious room with.comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit jaded and the taps had a life of their own! Reception was empty most of the time. Service in the restaurant was ok on Sunday, when we had to help ourselves but on Monday it was awful. We ordered cooked breakfast which took ages to appear, only after we has queried the delay. The breakfasts were lukewarm with hard fried egg yolks.

Not a good one. Pillows were dirty, broken showerhead that sprayed water everywhere, and no air conditioner in the rooms. Housekeeping didn't away...no attempt to vacumn floors or clean bathroom floors. Mildew on walls in bathroom.

I went on a murder mystery evening which was a birthday present for me, although the staff was really good the hotel wasn't the best at all we was in pop out to room 11 on ground floor if I had paid for the upgrade I would be so mad the coffee was in a disgusting condition then both bars ran out of cider and then at breakfast at 8.45 and didn't open 8 it is a bit bad when we had all pre booked so the hotel knew how many people were due

Feel that the hotel was a little tired and dated. Evening meal was very disappointing and the guest bar shut too early. Breakfast - by 9am had run out of eggs!!!

I stayed for 4 nights whilst on business. Several menu items were unavailable throughout my stay. The WiFi is poor quality for business use. I stayed in a superior room, several sockets were broken and the bathroom looks dated. The menu is limited and some items are overpriced. The breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel had no TV signal on my 3rd night. Overall not my best experience.

Again, staff nice and helpful. The bar/restaurant was pretty standard. But the rooms had some problems: peeling wall paper, shower not working etc.
